Excellent Service, Nurses were very professional, Doctor was warm, empathic, and calm. I had a great time there, prices are low and accessible, there is not much waiting and you can get in quickly by appointment. Definitely the best choice, very good location and parking without problems. I'll back for my Flu Shot.

Do yourself a favor and don't give this guy your business. They take forever even with an appointment. The doctor has no patience and is always in a bad mood. I came with my baby and they wouldn't allow my husband to stay in the room because it made the doctor "uncomfortable". Look for a doctor that actually cares for your well being 🙂

I have been coming to Dr. Urbina for the last 3 yrs and I'm very satisfied with his work he is amazing! also the PA here Miguel Castuera is caring with his patients and very knowledgeable in fact prior to coming here I had gone to the "best" ENT in Irvine due to an ear condition I've had for years where it would cause severe vertigo episodes, after so many tests and no actual resolution to my problem at the other Dr. in Irvine; I was finally referred to this clinic in Montclair and thank God I found them!! Thank you Clinica El Buen Samaritano & staff you guys are awesome!

The receptionist are rude and don't let us set an appointment there. Told us to go to the emergency room despite us not having a dire emergency. Not a good option to go there.

The doctor is good but their time management is terrible! Expect to wait. With an appointment the wait after they call you in is at least an hour. Terrible!

At the doctor with my sister take so long ridiculous no appointment I’ve been here since 9:45am it’s 12pm been waiting almost three hours idk why my mom likes bringing them here thank god my son has different dr 😡

Receptionist was super rude made me and my daughter wait out side in the heat while she let other patients family stay inside fyi my daughter was not loud in anyway!
