I would’ve given a 5 star rating but 3 is the best I can do . I went in on Friday March 29,2024 . The visit was great! Straight to the point and very helpful. They took blood work and told me I’d receive a call when the results come in. I received the call on March 31,2024 at 11:46am but I missed it due to Easter Sunday , was very busy . I was left a voicemail letting me know my lab results came in and I needed to call back so I did. When I called back the same day at 2:44pm, I gave my name and said I was calling for my lab results . I was put on a brief hold then I heard a “hello?” Come through ; I responded “hello?” and then next thing I know they hang up on me. I call back again at 2:47pm and again at 2:59pm and I can’t get through to anyone . I paid a little over $300 for medication and blood work and I can’t even get my results back. I will be going in person first thing Monday morning . There’s no reason why I paid that much and can’t get my results. Unprofessional.

I have to say my experience was pretty good. Hardly any wait time when I went, around 3pm. Both the nurse and the doctor were very professional. Oh, and $30 consultation... I say that's a good deal. Anyhow, I do appreciate the speed and the attention. Thank you
