Worst in class; Terrible communications - no patient portal, inaccurate records with no plan on correcting them (HIPPA violation), can't get through to administration for any reason, can't communicate with doctors.

Bad care: I was prescribed a medication by Dr. Ambrose that is not approved for the use and is for something else, which has an affect I did not plan on. It didn't work for what she prescribed it for, and she didn't correct apparent misinformation that I got elsewhere.

Scheduling: absolutely nonsensical. You can't make an appointment for more than two weeks out, and doctors aren't available within two weeks. I can't comprehend what kind of brain came up with this, but it needs medical attention---from a competent source, not Clinica.

Avoid this place like the plague! Extremely unprofessional and extremely rude. Their lack of a patient portal means that any small message requires an appointment that they can bill for. I've talked to three separate billing employees, all of which have been rude and condescending - one of which mocked me over the phone and then hung up after I asked her to stop being condescending. I've moved around a lot and dealt with multiple medical clinics, pcps, and billing staff all without issues. This place is unique in how negligent and horrid the staff is.

Very unprofessional!!! I’ve been here over 15 years and within the last 5 years they have a huge turnover rate with their physicians! You never know who you’re going to get and can never get in with the same providers. You can only make appointments 2 weeks in advance and never with the same person. They will cancel your appointment last minute and you will have to wait another 2-3 weeks. Even when your child is in pain, I can’t even get a phone appointment.
Half the time they are misdiagnosing you and sending you for expensive CAT Scans and MRIs when they could have just done a blood test from the beginning to find a vitamin deficiency. I’m very disappointed with our service in the last 5 years and will be looking for new healthcare.

Absolute medical negligence. They have no way for patients to access test results, medical records, message their practitioners, and refilled medications. Practitioners quit and patients are assigned to new practitioners, who refuse to read or follow medical records or prescriptions. They are requiring appointments for no medical reason other than to charge you or the insurance company, which is considering insurance fraud.

They used to be a good clinic, but in the past couple of years since they removed the portal they have continued to go downhill. None of their voicemails works and it takes several phone calls to get even basic information. Most of the people who answer the phone will transfer you to a line that never stops ringing..

This place is terrible. I would highly recommend avoiding them at all costs and finding another health provider. I wish I never did prenatal care, infant care or personal care here. They don’t care about patients. They are extremely inconsiderate, judgmental, and not the place you want to make your home base for healthcare. Seriously, heed this review as the signal you needed not to come here. You will regret it for the rest of your life. Trust your gut. Don’t take my word for it. Their late policy is if you’re late because you are stuck in traffic, got stuck at work and running even a few minutes late— to just give your appointment to someone else. They don’t care about kids. They don’t care about parents’ time. It’s a terrible place and you can’t count on them. I’ve had more than one bad experience here, and wanted to leave years ago. Wish I left right away. It’s dirty, the trashcan in the bathroom has been broken for years, their pharmacy is unreliable and will leave and tell you they have “no idea” when they can fill your prescription. I don’t know how to right the wrong I’ve committed by staying here for so long besides posting this review.

I've been coming here for years, but I'm dumping them because they have no records portal. None.All of my past test records just disappeared and I can't see reference ranges without requested a 30 day record request? This is inexcusable in this era, Taco Bell has a better website. Also, every single visit they're running 45 minutes late. If you're not ready to see an appointment, just update your calendar and stop wasting my time.

This is a people mill for medicaid. They shuffle you in and out. You’re just a number and an address. If you have an urgent matter, be prepared for no available appointments and a two hour hold to talk to a nurse, only for them to give you no advice and tell you to go to the ER or urgent care to pay out of pocket.

I had a terrible experience here. I went in to get a lump removed and they said they couldn't remove it in the state it was in. they put me on antibiotics and told me to come back in 2 weeks. Okay, no problem. Same thing kept happening for 2 more visits. Then on the 4th visit they finally took it out. Said there should be no scar and that it should look back to normal in 2 weeks. Fast forward 3 months and theres a huge mark where the bump was. Worst of all, I got the bill and each time I went in cost on average 150. All they did the first 3 times was take my weight, blood pressure, and told me that they couldn't take the bump out yet. I was there for 5 mins and it cost 150. Terrible place and I feel like they were just trying to keep me coming back so they could bill me a bunch of money. Will never go back to a clinica.
