Staff is friendly and personable. They make everything as easy as possible for patients and their parents! It also is wonderful that they provide multiple services at their locations, including: dental, pediatrics, prenatal, etc!

I actually like this place. I don’t live around there anymore, however I still take the kids there on appointments all the time. This place have a really good patient care and they don’t just rush onto the next person, but they take their time to give their patients the care that they can.
They also have a lot of parking spots, no matter what time you get there; don’t worry because they will have a parking spot for you. They have handicap accessibility. So if you are looking for a family care giver, Clinica Family Health in Thornton should be you place. They will not disappoint you, just make an appointment and that’s it.

The patient portal is horrible. You can only schedule appointments you can't leave messages for your provider, you can't even see anything on the patient portal except if you have a scheduled appointment that is it. and it's impossible to get in touch with anyone for anything.

This clinic is awful, every staff member from front desk to doctors are miserable people. They all seem to dislike their job and take it out on you. You will make an appointment and they will ask you why you are having the symptoms you made the appointment for! lol like what!? That’s why I made an appointment, to get help from a “doctor”! Several workers have made me feel as if I am bothering them on their day off, and they had to come in. Do not go here! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS AND EVERYONE IS SO RUDE!!
FYI to Clinica staff, especially if you are a doctor (Victoria Chazin) and you have no bedside manner or care for your patients it’s time to stop practicing. Stop doing things for the money that’s why our healthcare system is so messed up because people like you.

We had a dental appointment today and we're told 4 different times. First when we made the appointment we were told the appointment was at 2:25 and check in time was 2:05. We then recived a call the day of the appointment saying the check in time was at 1:15 then recived a text message for 1:45 check in. Once we got to the clinic (we were there at 2) we waited at the first pod then we're sent over to the teal pod, from they we were finally directed to the right spot only to be told that we missed our appointment time and that we were past there ley way mark for letting people in past their appointment. I asked the front desk worker why were were told so many different times and she dogged the question and just told me that there's a lot of paperwork and medical history to fill out. Still dosent make sense why we were told 4 differnt times only for them to tell us we missed the appointment and basically we should have came earlier. They took no responsibility for being such a mess with their times and scheduling. There should be no reason for us to be told so many different times and them put the blame on us for not being early enough. not the first time this has happened.

I'm been trying to make a dental appointment for almost 3 weeks now and nobody answer the phone....so disappointed. It was a great family clinic for many years, now not sure what's going on But definitely we low income people deserve a better service too😌

HORRIBLE! Bad service, not professional. Been trying to get my IUD removed for over a year and they keep saying “they will get to it” and don’t. I had an appointment scheduled for it removed and they just “couldn’t get to it.” I have my annual checkup and they told me we can go over one thing and that’s it we don’t have time for anything else even though I made this appointment in way advance. When I asked them, all they said was this is how it is and we can’t do anything about it even though this happens every time I am here. Horrible service. Finding a different doctor ASAP. would give 0 stars if possible but wont let me.

Finally got an appointment, showed up, and the "provider cancelled." I was told they had been calling me for a week to cancel. Wouldn't their number show up? Wouldn't they leave a message? Would not go here if I was dying! Things happen, but don't lie to me.
