Worst experience ever! It takes forever to get seen by the doctor, and she completely ignores the pain and discomfort I’m feeling. She always brushes it off like it’s nothing. The medical assistants are useless too; there are never any openings. Honestly, this place should just be closed down!. Don’t come here

Iv been here before never a problem pulling out a tooth asap pretty simple,lady at the front desk pretty much didn't give me hope or faith that this would happen today or tomorrow the Pain can not wait 🙃

This is a publicly funded medical center in a nation that is actively and vehemently opposed to providing 'free' healthcare, with ever-growing numbers of patients who can't afford rising insurance costs - OF COURSE they struggle. The waiting list is months long, but they do make an effort to actually reach out if there's a sudden opening, if you request it. I've NEVER come across an office willing to do that. Everyone is overworked and somehow still pleasant, even genial. All I'm saying is the people funding medical facilities like this, which exist for The People and not corporations, are not making things easy, so don't expect instant service or the like. With the hand they've been dealt (limited resources, consistent MediCal and MediCare billing underpayment from the government, insane workloads, probably unfair pay), Clinica De Salud is an excellent provider of Salinas dental care (which is the extent of my personal experiences here).

This place should be closed, reception don’t attend people properly, I went to make an appointment and the young lady who attended me was just in a bad mood, she didn’t ask me anything she just said that the appointment has already been made and I supposed to receive a notification in my phone to remember the appointment and she didn't even ask me for my phone. I never received the notification.beside that they make you waiting like an hour to see you. And it seems that they are there to waste their time and be rude.

Very, “I hate my job” kind of attitude. I simply asked to set an appointment to see a Medical Profesional. And this young lady treated the entire situation as if I had just unfolded all of her sorted laundry. My apologies for asking multiple times for confirmation. I only mention this because I have the latest iPhone, I had her on speaker and still couldn’t hear her. The entire conversion sounded like if she was speaking through a Tin Can on a string.The clinic I assume has to be well funded due to the pandemic. To be frank I don’t even think she created the appointment. I guess I’ll wait and see.

Really unprofessional don't come here. This is the second time they call a day before to reschedule my appointment and when they want to reschedule they put you for another 2 or 3 months later. This is ridiculous!!!!!!

I had a visit yesterday and I am still bothered by it, my doctor bashed on me for not being vaccinated. I know it's a doctor's job to ADVISE the vaccine but not push me about it and tell me that I'm going to lose my job because of it... she made me feel so uncomfortable to even be there and to even step foot outside again because she told me "by walking through my door you can spread the Delta variant and make people sick" she also told me that me not getting vaccinated is a problem because this disease could potentially be stopped and she can't stand to lose another patient. She even started talking about how some people don't believe that the corronavirus is real and i immediately told her that me not believing is Not the case at all. She then began to say if I wanted a different doctor she can get me one and I told her that was never what I said and she continued to push about me getting vaccinated then told me if I wanted to switch facilities and I told her Again that that's not what I said. I was simply telling her to relax about how she 'advises' the vaccine and she said "No I will not apologize"..... I did not go to the doctors to get bashed on for not being vaccinated. I really felt like she was trying to force me into getting vaccinated with what she was saying. I even addressed to her how uncomfortable she had made me and she still continued to push about me getting vaccinated. ..Go take a vacation lady. You clearly need one.
