They were not all professional, we had an apt at 8am and they did Anastasia at 9am and work on a cavity until 9:47am. They didn't give us updates, and when I ask they weren't professional. The only lady that was sweet was a new dental assistant that everytime I asked for information, was polite and very respectful. Will definitely not come back again. I asked why can they only do one cavity and they told me it was do to their policy. When I asked for the policy I heard the other dental assistant tell the new dental assistance we " tell her we don't have a policy". I brought one of my family memers that had 12 cavities seems like if they want to bill the insurance everytime he comes so they can get a stipend at the end of the year. Instead of just taking care of quadrands with cavities. When I started asking more questions is when they told me they can do quadrants on Wednesday. Still no policy was provided. Will definitely be the last time I come to this dual clinic. I was out of the office after 10am.

They take way too long putting customers on hold then they say "we have problems with the phones. I walked in there while on hold and they were gossiping and laughing while I'm in pain for the last year to get a cleaning for my crooked molars which now need to be deep cleaned. The dentist doesn't understand me and whatever I say goes out 1 ear into who knows where. The assistant is so arrogant that when I mentioned the tooth is already crooked coming upwards but she says the picture shows it impacting as a t but she fails to realize that my other teeth are straight and that one is aligned differently for being pushed. Then she smugly says "if you want a 2nd opinion go pay for it out of pocket". They act like they're the best despite me going to other places and Dr.Tarantino a tooth surgeon tells me "whoever did my cleaning and sealants did a bad job despite the good material given." Avoid this place and get good dental with a ppo, work your butt off for a job that has good benefits and never come here ever again.

Worse service ever. Charge for something that they never provide me with. The staff an Dr are not all in the same page. They all contradict one another. It's just a messy clinic. Unprofessional
