Absolutely worse care I've ever experienced for me and my family . They staff leave you waiting on calls for nearly an hour . And when you're seen you're left inside the waiting for nearly 2 hours then put in a room and wait another hour before seeing the doctor then they look at you for 6 minutes or less and then sent on your way or if you need more help they take weeks sometimes months to help you . You're better off going somewhere else or go to the ER if you really want help

If tou have other options please dont select this clinic.. worse service they put you in a room over 1 hour of wait. I had an appointment at 1 and i was seen at 2:40.

I usually don't write reviews but - my bf has been waiting 3 months just for new glasses (what was supposed to be 2 wks). they forgot to order them and when he's called multiple times he's been put on hold for at least 30 mins and then hung up - just saying, be passionate about your job, don't just be there for the money. these are real people you are all assisting, he doesn't deserve that.

Appointments are smooth with plenty of reminder calls days in advance. I've had a couple blood works done here and everyone is friendly and professional. The waits can be a little long but what are you gonna do, tell people to not get sick? However, I do wish they would invoke a noise ordinance in the waiting room. At times, parents will let their children scream or play on their phones full blast without complaints from staff. It can get a little unnerving.

Went for my daughter annual physical. We came on 15 mins early and still had us waiting hour and a half. The doctor is nice but the nurse that gave my daughter the shots got frustrated because my daughter got scared of the syringe. This nurse should show a bit of patience and professionalism specially dealing with children.

They change ur appointments to other clinics & dont call to let you know! They hardly pick up the phones! Always chatting & ignore the people coming in thats y its always sooo dammm packed!
