My experience with this dental office has been highly unsatisfactory. My appointment was cancelled at the last minute without adequate explanation or any proactive attempt to reschedule. This caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my plans. To make matters worse, I’ve had repeated difficulty reaching the office, as phone calls go unanswered, and attempts to follow up on my concerns have been completely ignored.

When I did finally manage to speak with someone, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses from both the manager and supervisor. Their lack of courtesy and professionalism in handling my concerns was alarming. It’s clear that both individuals require further training in customer service and basic communication skills, as they did not address my issues in a manner befitting of a reputable practice.

Given the lack of respect for my time and the poor level of service, I would highly advise others to seek alternative providers who prioritize customer care and professionalism. This office needs significant improvement in both management and patient relations.

Forgot what the name of the person in charge of cleaning my teeth. But this dental office keeps rescheduling appointments and I have to wait additional 6 more months again. This isn’t the second or third time that happen. Call me a last minute after waiting 6 months again before my appointment saying that couldn’t accept my old insurance and now my new insurance isn’t accepting either anymore. Now they want me to pay out of pocket with their new changes

This place is a scam . They made
Me wait a more then 6 months for them to tell me we need to no something we already did to visit prior to that. All them Tortas working behind the desk are only concerned about lunch and snack time. They never put my data in the computer from the visit before they said I came in for an emergency visit. Now if it was an emergency I would have got the issue handled the same day not get rescheduled 7-8 months out. They took all my X-rays told me we were doing certain procedure then when I got there they had caught amnesia like what I was told wasnt valid on top
Of that I could get an appointment till December it’s barely January. Bottom line don’t ever got there it’s a huge waste of time

Very bad customer service. you call and are placed on hold for long periods of time. I had to hang up and call again and they answered right away. One of the dentist's assistant is really rude. I went for my filling. I had already done my xrays and on my second visit to get the filling. Without looking at my chart, the assistant told me to get the xray again and when I told her that I got the xray done a couple of weeks ago, she got mad. While helping the dentists, she just put a mouthwash next to me, without diluting it and said "here" and left.
Another incident was where they took my credit card and swiped it for the amount due, and then kept it for 5 minutes...until I asked for it back...
If I had to give a zero or no starts, I would. The management of the office should really look at how their employees are providing service.
