I have been a patient here for many years with no issues and I definitely recommend this office for medical assistance. The best times to go for a visit is 8:30 am because I'm in and out in 45 mins. I also use the Alicki pharmacy nextdoor and there amazing. The benefits of this clinic is the MOPED options. The office and the pharmacy are always clean with knowledgeable staff that are extremely helpful. I greatly appreciate this establishment and there staff.

Try to avoid this place at all costs!! They are a little quieter than the one around the corner, but they are unprofessional. Went for a "physical" with the nurse practitioner, which was a waste of time and money to be asked if I take multivitamins and push various vaccines. Afterwards they billed my insurance incorrectly. This is the part that makes me never want to return. I tried to call several times to get the mistake corrected. I even had my insurance advocate calling for TWO WEEKS!! Finally, I went down there and the woman at the desk completely dismissed me and gave me the general hospital phone number. Sub par service and even worse follow through. My vote is total lack of competence.

This office is a mess! First appointment was during the beginning of COVID, but being a new patient with Medicaid you need to see the PCP for the first time especially if you need referrals. The office left me a message the day of the appointment around 10AM-they said it was going to be a phone appointment (?) don't come to the office. I called back for 2 hrs no one answered the phone neither returned multiple messages. Finally the Dr. Marcu tells me that was a mistake. They scheduled for 2 weeks. appointment day comes and AGAIN, the same day, they call to say it isn't in person. Finally, we see the dr. and I asked for the referrals we requested 2 weeks ago. Dr. gives excuses for the employees (you see, that shows a problem). A medical referral for a person with disabilities is a necessity and it's extremely important. I had to go to the office to pick it up because no one ever called me. Now I need another referral for an appt with a neurologist on December. I started calling on 10/01, 10/02, I showed up-the girl wasn't there that day, I left a message with a co-worker, kept calling leaving messages for a month. Today is 11/20 and no one has called me back, no referral. The people that pick up the phone for appointments aren't in the office, so they can't help you either. This is the worst practice ever!

This is an honest opinion & review about the clinic here and I have been going to other locations that have no professional values at all. Let me start by saying the front desk staff, I do believe her name was Josephine, here were very pleasant and welcoming. They didnt make you feel like a number. When she would call me up to the desk she was an extremly friendly tone. Dr. Lori Maru was extremly nice and listened to everything I had to say. First time in a long time that I get that kind of patience and humbleness from a phyisician and I am in the medical field so I know how things can be a little fast paced. I will say I wish I had known of this clinic prior to attending the other locations that have 1 star service. They definately meeted my expectations. I had an early appointment so my waiting period was very speedy which I loved.

If I could give a ZERO I would. These people will be so rude to you. I went in January and they ordered some labs. Pandemic hit Quest labs was closed to general public. I call in October cause everything’s reopening and I need a refill on my beta blocker blood pressure meds and this office basics have me the run around. They never once requested my medical records from my old PCP and they are EXTREMELY Rude. In person. Over the phone. Just RUDE. I will go Thru the emergency room and get my meds and in November change my insurance so I do not ever have to deal with this office or any of the people who work here.
