This place is great, quick, and efficient. Being a new patient and getting an appointment as fast as I did was the best part. They listened to my problems and didn’t waste my time with the next step I should take. They explained everything in a way that was able to be understood, overall a great clinic.

I went in for the first time hearing good reviews about them.... and just to walk in to people who really Do NOT care for you.
I saw the Nurse, Dr, PA Claudia (whatever her position is) she was very rude snapping fingers telling me to hurry, excuse me? Not even letting me speak, or finish a sentence. I do not understand why she even works in health care. I don’t know about the other providers but my experience with her was just uncomfortable. Being my first time and first time seeing a Dr after so long for something I was concerned... I Didn’t feel welcomed at all. Extremely unbelievable...

The staff i talked to has been polite but there is one person in particular that I feel tries to be nice to others but at the same time tries to make them feel bad and that is Claudia Morales. I had told her about some of my things in life and all she kept telling me is that they were all a lie. Also I had gotten sick with covid and I wanted some more time to fully recover my health, emotional and physical strength and all she could tell me is that I was scared to go back when in reality that wasn't true but she didn't even care.

I was referred by a friend 2 weeks ago. I called on a Wed.& spoke to a live person, no having to go to a website! He took mine & my husbands information & said they would ne receiving another shipment in the next few days & we would be put on a wait list. We received a call on the following Monday & had appts.for Thurs.
They had us answer all the pertinent questions on the phone the day before the vaccine so we wouldn't have to spend additional time there
the day of the vaccine.
The staff was very professional, the facility was immaculate. We were very pleased & have recommended it to others. They scheduled our 2nd vaccine and gave us a reminder card with the date & time & type of vaccine given.

Claudia is one of the Physician Assistants in the clinic and she is amazing! She genuinely cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to treat the patient holistically encouraging lifestyle changes to improve conditions! Highly recommended the clinic! They also have Spanish speaking providers that can assist if you don’t speak English!

You can’t get a hold of nobody and it takes them literal days to return your call. I tested positive for COVID-19 there and it takes them forever to communicate with you. I just missed a call from their office and will now have to wait a day for them to call me back because you can’t get a human to answer the phone. Instead I’m forced to listen to smooth jazz on hold for the rest of eternity. I'll be in your system as Timothy Johnson

I'm just translating for my mom, but her last few experiences have been horrible or pretty close to it. One of the PAs, Claudia Morales, is definitely lacking in skills in hospitality. Yes she can speak Spanish, which is a plus, but her attitude needs some work. She always sounds angry and put out when speaking. She also doesn't explain things well or whats she's going to do.

Example: the first time my mom saw her, we got a call from the pharmacy that her prescription refills were ready to be picked up. She didn't ask for that, she just had a question about her medication, but the PA went on without telling her that she sent notice to the pharmacy to refill ALL of them. This last time as well, she was asking my mom about oil.she asked of she used oil? Oil for what? She thought she meant cooking oil, so she asked for clarification but the PA just said, "oil! Do you use oil?!" In a loud voice. Mind you, this was all in Spanish, so she might have just spoken like she usually speaks in Spanish, which is not in a professional manner. That's not right, I've heard many professionals speaking in formal Spanish most of my life, it's possible and clearly she's not doing it.

I don't know what's happened in the last year or so, but the quality of service has gone down. Both from the PA and how they handle administrative work (that is another story). If you have an appointment at 9:30, you shouldn't be taken into a room and be made to wait another 30 mins for a 5 min long consultation. Like, what is that? My mom was there early (as it's recommended) and time was wasted. She could've been out by 9:50 at the lastest but she left close to 10:30 and most of that time was spent waiting for that rude doctor. To top it off, she went to pick up her prescription and she got a lower dosage of her medication. The PA didn't even tell her she was lowering the dosage.

Overall, PA Morales has a lousy attitude (makes you wonder if it's only latinos she treats like that *coughinternalizedracismcough*), the service has gone down and if you have to go there don't be scared to speak out if you're treated horribly. Even if you only speak spanish or a broke college student, it's literally a clinic that was made on the premise to serve those that are uninsured and/or can't afford to have primary care services- which unfortunately a large portion of people that fall under that are people of color and a great number of those people that are latino and don't speak English well or at all. What the clinic brings to the community is great, but the current reality needs a lot of work to get back to how it was.

This place is a joke.! The doctors there are not concerned for your health .. When seen by doctor he didn’t address the main reason I was in there for, he smiled and smirked when I was worried I could have been having a stroke due to my back pain.! I have never experienced this pain for this long and tried getting help, these doctors here are so rude and do nothing to help out.! I researched all the information on google in what to do before going into the doctors and they said the exact same thing.! When stressed out about my pain at night, they had no concern and told me to keep doing what I was doing.! They had no alternate solutions to my pain and I completely feel they have no concern for people’s well being.! The doctor got my prescription wrong and We’re so rude when I asked for help at night.! I will never go here again ....
