I have been coming to this clinic for 3 yrs and it is almost always a testing of my patience. The building looks absolutely terrible (see the photo). I recently had submitted a urine sample due to UTI symptoms again which have been plaguingme for 6 months. The doctor waited 2 weeks for me to return for the labs results 2 weeks later to tell me sure enough I have had a UTI for 2 WEEKS without treatment. The doctor said she would send a prescription to treat my symptoms. Then I had to call back to the office the next day to ask for the antibiotic prescription to be sent to my pharmacy.

The worse doctors and employees. You have to beg the doc and convince her like a court room drama to send you to a specialist. To grow my business I would invest in customer service. The entire clinic need an upgrade with their work quality; most importantly with their customer service. Not to mention, The front desk’s girl needs a crash course to know how to handle calls and customer better. Tnx.
