I had a great first-time experience from beginning to end. Everyone from the staff and doctor was so polite, helpful, and attentive. I am so grateful for the VA and the services they provide for the Clermont community.

They do not answer phone calls at all you get rerouted everywhere but they do not answer phone calls in Clermont VA. Someone should notify Congress. Because this is not for the best interest of the veterans. If they were an option to leave zero star, I would.

If you wanna buy a car, go see Doctor Romero, he will talk over you. He will not help you. He thinks he's right and he won't help with anything and will transfer you straight to the hospital, and he is reading a script. On the other hand the nurse was amazing.The front desk is staff or a cool. That's all the reason I'm giving 2 stars.
And The person that drawing blood their hand is stiff.So if you plan not to use your hand I'll drop him when you're going there

Lab is suppose to open at 0730, however it never opens on time always about 15 minutes late.
Unacceptable work practice, and unfair to your customers who arrived on time, but now has to wait to be seen.

Typical talk show! Tell you they're here to help but do nothing! Haven't seen primary care in 2yrs! Been trying to get transferred after signing the paperwork in the clinic at clermont and nothing! No wonder vets have no confidence in the VA! Now they stop medication and won't get veterans seen! No mental health care, no primary care! Way to go forcing veterans out of va care!

This clinic is not good at all they never answer the phones and I’m still waiting for a call back from like 3 weeks ago my dad has been to the ER three times since and it’s like no one cares over there the ER people they tell us to get in contact with the primary dr but this not even possible leaving messages and no response.
I’ve already submitted a change for primary Dr to lake Nona VA and they are telling me that can take up to 3 months so what do I do my dad is in need and no one is helping.

Clermont VA is not A good place at all they even messed up his blood work by not getting to lake Nona on time then he has to do all over again this is not right he 85 years old and should not be going through this
Then this site wants you to review them for rating rather then truly helping our Veterans that more important then any site looking for rating.
Let’s get to work people not a good look at all !!!!

They never answer the phone and have no respect for veterans here. They will not help you here but give you the run around. Even their head doctor just quit and this place is ran by people just collecting a government paycheck. The people at the front desk will never even help you, there will be four of them sitting there talking the whole time but will never ask you if you need help. I hope somebody from the VA actually comes in here and sees how terrible the customer service is here It's absolutely pathetic.

Had a scrip for blood draw from the primary doctor at Lk Baldwin. Went to the Clermont Clinic to have it done. The receptionist refused twice to provide the service but she did provide a snotty attitude.
