The doctors are nice & helpful. For about 2 yrs & met with Nurse Practitioners. Only got to meet with my doctor (Dr. K Winfrey) once for a Wellness Visit, which I had to pay for!
Medicare Wellness Visits are free/no co-pay unless you go here. This place will add on things that are included in a Wellness visit & charge an office call too. I think that's double billing. The office needs instructions on what Wellness visit includes. After disputing it with their office several times, I am no am longer a patient. Found a Doctor and an office that what they are
doing or not making me pay for a Wellness Visit.

Went in for a new patient visit, facility is old and unkempt. Signs all over the outside saying do not come in if there are more than 3 people inside. I waited for my turn outside and was refused treatment because I was "late". Receptionist was nice but her supervisor was unprofessional and berating her for everyone to see and hear. Rude medical staff.

I had an Awesome experience. I was in need of a new doctor. I had a surgery coming up & needed medical clearance. Tricia at the Front desk was so nice & understanding on the phone & she got me in for the next day. I saw Nurse Practitioner Amy & she was very professional & very kind & understanding . Also nurse Kat was super nice & very efficient. I was impressed that I was able to get everything done that day & felt so relieved. It was well worth the drive from Mount Dora. I felt that the whole office was a well oiled machine! They will be my new doctor’s office for now on! 😊

I have been a patient of Dr. Kelley Winfrey for several years, and she is absolutely amazing! She goes way above and beyond for her patients. During her day off, she called me to check up on an issue I'd been having. I knew she was home with her family and taking time out of that to help me. She always includes me in the decisions. I never feel like I have to retell the whole story of what's going on - she remembers me. I even had a specialist tell me "wow, your primary care Dr did a great job. I may need her number!" Always very professional but also makes you feel like she cares.

I’m am so sorry to write this review after coming here for 20 + years. I made an appt because I had a horrible UTI and heart palpitations. I had the appt on 12/ 30 at 10:30am. They took me at 10:40 which was great to go back to the Dr room. I thought it was great to get out before noon! Nope… not the case. I went into the room with the nurse to take my vitals and she was great! She left and said Kimberly nurse practitioner would be in shortly… I was in the room for an hour while listening to ongoing commotion between Kimberly and other employees concerning the printer for about 45 minutes while I sat in the room. After walking out the door after an hour waiting in the room, I found the nurse and I told her that I had to leave in 10 min, she asked me if Kimberley saw me. I said no, and I have to leave. She rushed out and found her and she (Kimberly ) came in and scribbled my info in a sheet of paper and did not address myself heart issues. She really did not take time for me. I told her that I would need more antibiotics because I did not take the full 8 days with the leftover ones that I had when I contracted the UTI. What a horrible wast of time. I have been worried about my heart palpitation issues. She didn’t bother to address that or even assess me. Now I have to make an additional appt and pay another co pay to address my heart issues. will only make sure I see Dr. Guzick always! Extremely disappointing!

We love Clermont Medical. We have been patients for 5 years now. The professionalism is bar none. Dr. Gary Winfrey always thoroughly reviews all of our test records prior to our appointment, he is ready with the information and follow up. His nurse, Jennifer is great also... quick to respond and help. Such a great team.

I've been a patient at CMC for 25+ years, seeing Dr. Crowley and Sherri exclusively, and they have been absolutely wonderful, taking great care of me. I was sad when Dr. Crowley retired last year, but absolutely devastated to learn that Sherri has retired also! Not quite sure what to do now!!! 😔
