Beginning:
I went in to this place with no bottom or top teeth, but have had the same upper denture for over 20 years which fit still without glue or anything, and I was hoping for a fix to give me back my missing bottom teeth I had extracted 6 years ago.
The guy who went through the orientation with me explained the options, but it did feel like I was being pressured into signing up right away, so I left.
After I declined and looked into other options like Aspen Dental, I was contacted by the Clearchoice office about getting the "all in four" implants at $3k less due to a "black Friday" type sale, so I booked it.
The surgery went great. The doctor at the time was knowledgeable in dental surgery and I felt he knew what he was doing, and during the surgery they did impressions while I was under to make sure my lower teeth were covered by a temporary that was screwed into the posts.
Now unfortunately, before all of this, the finance company that handles it came back at a total $27k over 10 years... ($17K for the work, 10k in APR even with an 800 credit score), and that's alot. However, I determined it was worth the debt and after the surgery (and a few weeks of eating mashed potatoes and jello), I was able for the first time in 6 years I to eat pretty much anything again; like Skittles, pepperoni sticks, ribs, etc: so for me personally, it's worth it.

Timeline:
I will say, it took over 20 appointments in 9 months to get my final set of the all in 4 bottom teeth.
As for the "free" upper denture I got, I can say I am not happy with it and I mentioned it almost everytime I came in after they finally got an impression from me that fit. Sadly the doctor and the dental assistants keep telling me it was how teeth are supposed to look and no real effort was made to make them look like my original teeth or the 20 year old dentures I brought in everytime that were made from my real teeth.

Negatives:
#1: Me bringing in an upper denture that was made from impressions of my real upper teeth should have been more important to them as the vastly different final upper teeth I was stuck with and mentioned my concerns on how people in my life said things like, "It's great they are white, but that's not how your teeth have looked", got brushed to the side because they didn't take the time to model my teeth on the ones had had for decades.
#2: The Doctor who fixes the teeth in their lab kept changing, because the main doctor left the practice. Consistency is important, especially when someone is spending a 10 year debt on your expertise.
#3: When a patient tells you how they want it fixed, do it. Explaining how your version is what you think should be right is not how customer service works, especially for 27K over 10 years. If I pay a roofer to redo my roof and ask for blue shingles, and the roofer tells me they installed red ones, but that is how roofs work...that is not satisfying the customers request, it just angers them for wasting money and not being heard or considered.

Positives:
The dental assistants were very kind given the fact I have a terrible gag reflex and that slowed down the process a lot. Steffie for one, as my first contact in the office, was kind, understanding, sweet, and honestly made me feel like I did at the dentist when I was a little kid...understanded and not judged.
I did have several dental assistants while there and they all were kind, especially the one I had at the tail end of it all who I could tell was genuinely sad when I was gagging all the time after impression after impression.

Overall:
Is it worth it? Well, I had the misfortune of not having any real teeth for over 6 years. No upper teeth for over 25 years. So for me, being able to smile, still having a set of upper dentures that don't require any glue or anything, and I can eat anything people tell me to try...yes, for me it is all worth it.

Steffie is the best, she was patient with my dad answering all questions. She is also very gentle.I highly recommend.

Jace is also very understanding and answered all if my dad's questions. He also did his best to work with my dad on my dad's budget!

The entire process is a lot. I have to stay on a soft food diet for longer than I expected and the first week after surgery was difficult and Im still adjusting to my new smile. I’m still healing so I can’t get my permanents yet which is a bummer. I do have to add that the assistants there are all very nice and welcoming. Maria is thorough about explaining what she’s doing and why she’s doing it and even answers my questions before I can ask them. Other dentists ive seen I wouldnt really know what my next appointment was for or why but she refreshed me on the next steps of my treatment so I have a better understanding of what’s to come. Fingers crossed I can get my permeant soon.

I had my free consultation, which went great everyone was friendly.. fast forward to the financial part. I know implants were not going to be cheap, not I didn't expect it to cost over what a brand new car cost... Anyways when your looking for payment options and the guy tells you "this will NOT effect your credit" don't believe him... It infact will ding your credit

If I could give 10 stars I certainly would! This group of dedicated professionals were some of the most caring individuals I have ever met. From the receptionist to techs and doctors, each one gave the highest standard of care possible. This type of procedure can be quite scary to begin with. Each and every step was fully explained. All of my fears, from the finances to pain to healing was dealt with, with patience and empathy. Now that it is all over, I can honestly say I am really glad I did it. So, bottom line, don't be afraid, they will take care of you! You will have a beautiful smile!

I had full mouth implants done and it was a lengthy (8 months) process but soo worth it! I literally cannot stop smiling. The whole staff were very thorough and caring. They made me feel comfortable and a part of each step of the process. I would highly recommend ClearChoice Dental Implants of Spokane to anyone considering any type of implant surgery.

You get what you pay for!

I needed dental work for functionality and aesthetics. I did not want to wear traditional dentures, so I researched dental implants as an alternative. I am so glad I did! I am very pleased with my final dental implant results. My confidence has escalated a thousand percent because my smile is fabulous!

I had the procedure done at Clear Choice in Spokane Valley, and I must express my gratitude and endorsement for every staff member at Clear Choice. I would like to equally thank and praise everyone involved with my journey. Dr. Noblitt, Dr. Puri, Mariah, Korri, Jace, Hunter, and everyone else in the office and lab who played a part in my restoration.

Clear Choice is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Their onsite labs make it convenient to handle any situation at their facility. Instead of shipping to a third-party company, waiting time is reduced to a minimum as your "final teeth" are being customized. They can handle onsite adjustments if needed.

For anyone considering dental implants, there are many "dental implant companies" promoting a beautiful smile in 24 hours. Buyer beware. If you decide on the procedure, expect a process that takes time to get a great result. The ads suggest you can “do it at home” or just pop in an implant denture, and it's done! This is pure misinformation, lies, and hype. They claim the process is fast, easy, and reasonably priced. Those ads leave out a lot of details about the reality of dental implants.

Everyone is different, but most people may need some teeth extracted if they choose dental implants. Extraction means you must go through pre- and post-surgery procedures. It varies; however, it usually takes a few months or more, depending on your situation. You need professionals who know what they are doing, and you must allow time for healing to complete.

Clear Choice took care of me before, during, and after surgery and throughout the entire process. My surgeon did an excellent job preparing me for the extraction procedure. He covered what to expect after surgery.

It took nine months from surgery to my final visit, which is the normal amount of time needed for the process. In my opinion, after this experience, if the process rushed, my guess is you will have costly and/or painful issues with your teeth in the future.

Clear Choice provides a temporary set of teeth, which is great because you can continue with day-to-day activities until your "final teeth" are ready.

Follow-up and communication during the months leading up to my final day were excellent, and all staff members were professional and helpful. I felt welcome and cared for every time I walked into the office. From reception to follow-ups, it was a very good experience.

My prosthodontist is highly experienced and knowledgeable. For over a decade, she has been active in prosthodontics and implant dentistry. I never felt judged or confused by anything.
She, along with her assistant, answered all my questions and explained each step of the process.

This is a procedure you will live with for years to come, and/or a lifetime. Consider it an investment in your confidence and well-being, not a quick fix. With Clear Choice at Spokane Valley, I got what I paid for. They emphasized function and aesthetics. It was worth the time and money to get a beautiful smile! I highly recommend Clear Choice at Spokane Valley, for your choice of dental implants.
