I love the entire staff from amber, to Nichole, to Mrs Deb, Mrs.Tammy the lead, the whole facility loved me I got treated so well, all my questions got answered and the boss Mrs Jamie made my wish come true! I appreciate this program and the staff, they folded my clothes and even washed them! Everything was great! The cooks are great know how to season food! Everything was perfect I have no complaints! They even let me use my phone when I was on black out to pay for my vapes! Very much understanding people!

Clean Recovery Centers was amazing for me! When I first got there I was lost. Mentally broken, an emotional reck and an alcoholic. With the help of the therapists, case works, techs, nurses, cooks, groups and learning from the other patients there. I was able to get my old self back. I am now home and doing GREAT! I can’t thank everyone at clean enough for helping me learn and process the reasons why I felt I needed to drink so much. If you are struggling with any type of addiction, I would highly recommend this place!! ❤️

The intake process went smoothly. The staff was very helpful and professional. The therapy sessions were spot on and helped me on my road to recovery. Food was excellent there wasn't a meal I didn't like and there was always extras and snacks available. All around great place to start a new life 👍

This was my first time in recovery and I am so grateful to have found this facility. The staff are incredibly caring and supportive. Most of the techs and nursing staff are in recovery themselves and I learned tons of useful tips on making the most out of my treatment from them. Jill, Luis, and Vinnie kept us well fed and kept the hot coffee flowing. There was so much love poured into the daily meals, and there were tons of healthy snacks available 24/7. I got to work with Dolores, Gene, and Charles for therapy and all sessions were exceptional. I received a copy of the big book and some workbooks to help me work through the program. I feel whole and healthy for the first time in my adult life and I owe that to the holistic and dedicated care I received at Clean. I was terrified to come in to treatment and had no idea what to expect, but everyday I felt more and more safe and at home. I am leaving here feeling courageous and excited to move on to my next right step (PHP). I am most grateful for the amazing clients I got to live along side for a short time. I am leaving with great new friendships and I can’t wait to continue to encourage each other along our individual paths to long term sobriety!

If you are a family member of a loved one suffering from addiction and want to be involved in your loved one’s recovery, do not come here. When completing initial intake, they paint a picture that they are family and faith oriented and focused on long term recovery outside of inpatient rehab. They have no intention of setting your loved one up for success outside of their facility. They are looking to run your insurance bill as high as possible and discard their patients when they no longer serve their monetary interest. I have called 15+ times in the last 30 days looking to be involved in family therapy with promise after promise that they would call back or facilitate that. They do not return calls at the New Port Richey location. I have spoken with a director of the New Port Richey location that had assured me that things would be taken care of. Unfortunately, it was never completed during the entire 30 days. I have no idea about the next step of is program or even an address of where he is going. I have been in the dark since after the initial intake and providing the insurance number. If you need a quick fix to detox this might be the place for you, but if you are serious about recovery and addressing all aspects of your life affected by addiction do not choose Clean Recovery. I am extremely disappointed in the way I was treated as a loving, supportive family member that just wants to ensure long term success. It was almost as if didn’t exist. Very, very unfortunate to go through as I initially had such high hopes of this facility. My heart is completely shattered for my family after this experience and I will relive this nightmare for the rest of my life.

Great place to be. I'm not just saying this just be to talking. A amazing stuff with people full of life and Recovery. These people go Beyond and above to help you through recover. Provide all the tools necessary to prepare you for life situations. Everything I said in this time is just a small summary of how clean recovery is in New Port Richey. One thing I want to add is that they feed you really well and they take great care of you very clean and lots of hospitality. Fresh towels and wash clothes everyday. Like I said the list just goes on. Just when I'm ready to stop talking about clean recovery I want to add on more. Other clients that came through very supportive the community very strong. I'm grateful for such an amazing experience and such a little bit of time. As a whole these people I've grown to love. My experience here was like no other. If anyone is seeking help trying to come to a place where you learn about the steps on how to begin to navigate a new way of living. This will definitely be a place to start.

I am so grateful to all the staff at Clean Recovery Centers. They actually care about and treat people with dignity and respect regardless of of their malady. The techs were all kind, Nicole and JT were awesome and went above and beyond what is required of them in their roles.Others did too but I can't remember all the names. All the nurses, techs and therapists were awesome. Jill who works in the kitchen makes really good food and also goes above and beyond for clients. I highly recommend this detox/ treatment center. Jamie is great also as well as, Krissia and the nurse practitioner (trying to not butcher names). I learned so much in groups and there were some powerful NA/AA meetings. I'm super thankful and looking forward to my next phase. Thank you all so much!! A huge thanks to the therapists as well. Sophia, Delores 🕊, Gene, Marilyn (Monroe). I may have missed someone. I appreciate you all! Also, everybody loves Raymond 🤗🤗🤗 I thank God most of all because He 💯 is the One who got me where I needed to be! God bless yall. I'm praying for you all and the clients.
