Took my grandfather for his quarterly check up. Really nice and efficient front desk ladies. However, the wait time was unacceptable (50 mins past appointment time). I also believe Dr. Miranda needs to spend more individual time with patients once she’s in the room with them. Process seems rushed and there’s scheduling inefficiencies.

Dr. Miranda is great but the staff was unresponsive to my repeated requests made through their useless Patient Portal messaging system for test results to be faxed to my PCP.

My issue with Dr.Miranda is that when I needed a accommodation to work from home due to asthma and my workplace I work in, it took almost two months for her to fill out the paperwork after i've called several of times and even went back up to the office to check to see why the paperwork was not faxed back to my job. Once that was resolved Months later down the line I had an appointment for a check up and to have my accommodation extended to work from home, As i handed Dr.Miranda my paperwork she became angry and very rude saying " I don't want to talk about no paperwork", so when my appointment was over she didnt even say bye she just took the paperwork and sat it on the desk and walked past me. Now I'm having an issue with my insurance that has changed and no longer in network with Dr.Miranda, they tell me I have a balance to pay when they have both my insurance cards on file and did not say anything to me when I came to my appointment that I was no longer covered. Insurances are supposed to be checked prior to patients coming in so that the doctor will be paid for their services and so that the patient won't have to be billed out of pocket for non covered services. Dr. Miranda website shows that she takes medicaid but the office told me that Dr.Miranda said no because something about medicaid not paying out on time or whatever, but as I told them that its still listed on her website that she takes medicare and medicaid and I even checked with medicaid and they said Dr.Miranda do take medicaid, so with that being said I will take my business elsewhere and will be filing a complaint not only with Medicaid but also a complaint the government agency CFPB(Consumer Financial Protective Bureau) for only just taking my Aetna insurance & not medicaid. This post doesn't even deserve one star, but thank you to the staff for being very polite and understandable.

Doctor Miranda was super great and helpful. I had need of a pulmonary function test and the team was able to squeeze me in for an appointment the next day. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone

We had our appt today 2/8/19. Dr. Miranda took time listening and really assessing our concerns. She has great bedside manner. Her staff are friendly and organized. Saw clay pulmonary a few months ago. The dr seem nice but very in a rush, as a new patient I saw her a total of less than 10minutes.. The nurse was ok, she wasn’t rude...However, was nice either.

I had a breathing test done and the equipment was extremely dirty. It wasn’t sanitized or disinfected and the just have you put it on your nose. On a positive note, the ladies at the front desk were friendly. Would I be back? Probably not.

If could give less i would have had dr miranda for a couple years and it has gotten worse as it goes. I just walked out because once again she scheduled my appointment knowing she would still be at hospital and make me wait till she gets done that why so many people have to wait on her. I will be reporting her to medical board and whoever else you report to this has just gotten out of hand. Will also find another Dr as soon as possible she is playing with peoples lives.
