I was a new patient with this office and I saw Monica Freeman yesterday. She is amazing! I felt so comfortable and safe explaining everything I was dealing with to her. I always get anxious with doctor appointments, especially when discussing my issues and she made the process so easy and stress free!! I am so happy I found this office, even from the front desk I felt welcome and the vibe was very nice in the waiting room. I will be continuing to see Monica in the future for sure. A weight has been lifted off my shoulders knowing I found a good primary care. Thank you everyone at Clay Primary!

They are all so nice there!! I have never felt so comfortable at a doctors office before. I have 4 kids and they are all very young and when I went to the doctor for myself I had to bring all of them with me! They gave me kids stickers and other things and really helped me keep them behaving so that I could get through the doctors appointment stress free. My doctor is so friendly and knowledgeable. The wait is never too long and when getting checked out they ensure to do everything in a timely manner. We were in and out! I am so glad I moved to this side of town and have the opportunity of having them as my primary care physicians. Christelle is definitely the diamond in the rough.

Excellent and Fast service, Reception was extremely kind, Nurse was very attentive and Dr was so understanding. I even had a sweet associate keeping me company in the lobby. 5 star day for this patient!!

I struggled with an unknown illness for a few days before calling this office. The office staff were great and made an appointment to see me within a few hours. The nurse practitioner explained my diagnosis (the flu) and prescribed medication to help manage the symptoms until it passed. The really great thing was that I didn't feel rushed through the process and none of the employees appeared overwhelmed.

I walk in, no one greets me. I finally figure out that I need to sign in two different ways. I was standing there for a good 5min. I had to say "hello?" because even when I put my hand up no one really acknowledged me. Finally one of the people says "Oh you're new here?". In my head im like, 'No crap! Did you guys think I was just standing at the counter window just because I wanted to?'
I had been standing here waiting for someone to guide me as I saw about 5 people walking around, a couple looked at me and walked to do something else, and some were just standing there talking to each other.
There was a guy sitting in the lobby from the time I got there 12:48pm to 1:14pm, to be able to leave. An old lady was standing at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge her.
Then I saw a lady with cruches was standing waiting for somebody to acknowledge her. This all happened in the 15-20 min I was there. It was VERY uncomfortable.

Worth the wait. Dr Mosherri has a great sense of humor. He explains each issue in plain English as to why you're having whatever issue you're having & how to actually fix it. He's not someone who's going to tell you what you want to hear, just so you're satisfied. He's genuinely interested in making you well.

My first few interactions here were a bit tough to start but oh my goodness has that changed. From the office manager to the billing manager to the check in/out attendants and my provider Christelle. She is amazing. She’s pleasant, helpful, listens and actually remembers you. Unfortunately my mental health requires medication that needs a monthly appointment. This office makes that monthly appointment easy by having availability that matches my work and motherly schedule. 10/10 recommend to anyone needing a primary care office in the area. Amazing people!! Request Christelle as your provider and you will be very pleased!
