We are so happy that we were able to go back to Claritas this year. They are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We had to go to a different optometrist last year because of insurance changes and it was a terrible experience.Thank you so much Dr. Vuong and Team! It was great to see you again!

I came in with really beat up glasses because of work, and couldn't believe it when EVERYONE, doctor included, made it their mission to get me a pair of glasses that exact same day, I was already prepared to hear it would take 2 weeks or it would be available after Christmas. This was such a genuine and amazing experience, I could not have found a better place for my needs, and the style of glasses are really great. Thank you guys, made my Christmas merrier, and clearer haha

No warranty coverage on your glasses or lenses folks! Nada! Also, the receptionist & the doctor were professional, great personality & doctor did a thorough job on my vision screening. They DO have optimap. However, the black woman optician (the only one) was very rude, impatient & just threw open 3 drawers to try glasses & went back to get desk. I would have liked her to
do her job & have some customer service skills. She doesn't have any skills with being able to tweak glasses to fit your face either like zero knowledge. Just like her zero personality. I don't recommend coming here where you aren't important & you'll leave with glasses you don't want because noone cares. And there's no warranty if anything happens to them.

Great service and quick turn around with getting new prescription glasses. The staff were amazing with my young son. He was quite attached to his old frames and was nervous about parting with them to get new prescription lenses. The staff told him to give his old glasses a hug and promised him that they would take good care of the glasses. They definitely kept their promise and we are thrilled with the glasses and the quality of care!!

I had an excellent experience at Claritas for my eye exam and new glasses! The doctor was thorough and explained everything clearly, making me feel confident in my prescription. The optical department had a great selection of frames, and the staff helped me find the perfect pair.

Today and my past child’s appointments were at Murabella Vision care, but for reasons we have left that location, and today we needed immediate exam for contacts this needing an appointment. Doctor Michael Vuong was very accommodating helpful and personable. He took care of us and it was about 100$ less expensive, Unlike Murabella his staff will work with the patient and their schedule as well being upfront and talkative instead of being stopped by the proverbial wall they have at Murabella.

I came here because they accept Medicare and few do. Medicare pays for the exam and pays $400 for lenses. I got the exam and had to pay an additional $60 for a total of $460 just for lenses and I do not have a difficult prescription. I waited for 2 weeks for my lenses and immediately noticed they weren't right. I was told to wear them for 2 weeks to adjust. Two weeks later I was back for a second exam and reorder of lenses. They still made me dizzy and I've worn glasses for many years. I went to my old provider and paid for another exam and got different figures. I asked for a refund on these lenses and was told they do not give refunds but they would reorder based on the new figures. After 2 "attempts" to get my lenses correct I wasn't willing to go for a third. I was also told at that time for an additional $115 they could get "better" lenses. I called my prior provider back (they don't accept Medicare) and was quoted $285 total for the same lenses I have used for years. I feel as a Medicare recipient I was taken advantage of.
