Since Dr Rohit Dandyia sold his practice to Clairmedica it has gone drastically downhill. Every Dr or ARNP that was good has left.Its terrible it's a corporate run business.zI really miss when it was a family practice.

Over the course of the past four years, I have visited the medical practice several times. On one occasion, I had an appointment with Lauri, the nurse practitioner, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a rather unpleasant experience. Despite expressing my concerns about something being wrong, she barely examined me and simply continued typing away on her computer. This left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.

Initially, I had no intention of returning to the practice after such a disappointing encounter. However, circumstances forced me to seek medical attention again, as I was unwell and unable to find another doctor. Reluctantly, I decided to give the office another chance. This time, I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Willa Augustin, and the difference between her and Lauri was like night and day.

Dr. Augustin took the time to genuinely listen to my concerns and thoroughly assess my complaint. Her attentiveness and professionalism left me feeling truly satisfied and grateful. I believe that she is a wonderful addition to the office, and I am confident that I will continue to seek her medical expertise in the future. In fact, if she were to leave the practice, I would seriously consider finding another healthcare provider elsewhere.

I have been a patient at this office long before ClareMedica acquired it. Some experiences good and some not. Because of so many people constantly leaving, I just decided to go elsewhere. BUT, I want to give 5 stars to Wildedade Augustin. I found her to be excellent and 100% listened to my concerns as well responding to them as well. She is a tremendous asset to ClareMedica and I hope they appreciate her.

I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care provided by Dr. Romel Arjona. From the moment I walked into his office, I felt welcomed and valued as a patient. Dr. Arjona's expertise and genuine concern for my well-being were evident in every interaction. Not only did he take the time to thoroughly explain my diagnosis and treatment options, but he also listened attentively to my concerns and addressed them with compassion. His dedication to ensuring my comfort and understanding throughout the entire process truly set him apart. I cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone in need of excellent medical care.

ClareMedica is the worst office now, before was so easy to communicate with the stuff and the doctors.
I had the appointment scheduled 4 months ago, and I went today for my appointment. And they told me I’m not in schedule. What a joke! Supposedly they called, but I didn’t receive any phone call or had a voicemail.
I’m just disappointed because my primary doctor is very good, but the new rules in that office is awful. I will not longer need the services from this office. Shame of you ClareMedica for letting me go home today, when I really need it to see my provider. I have serious health issues and one weak ago I was in ER. How you take care your patients when they need you?

Staff does not care about patients. Call into call center and the message takes a week to get to correct office. Trish was great but she must have left because once clare medical took over the practice sucks. Is someone should call me after a message I left a week ago they talk so fast can't understand who they are. Their patient portal also sucks. Not sure if anyone ever looks at it. Appears that everyone who works in office is now Spanish and hard for me to understand. I know for a fact that my specialist also receive many complaints about them

Absolutely horrific dealing with this office. They sent an incorrect authorization for a procedure. A corrected one was requested multiple times. They failed to send a corrected one which resulted in my procedure being canceled and the next available appointment for it is 2 months away. Do not trust your Healthcare needs to this practice. I've been a patient here over 20 years, nurse for over 30 years and never experienced anything like these people. RUN. Andrea, they don't deserve you here. Ask for a raise.Thank you for your help.

I can’t wait for my appointment. If this place is as bad as everyone one says, we will be a match made in heaven. They cut my prescription by 2/3 . Now they won’t answer to fix the problem. I’m only getting 1/3 of my monthly medicine.

It’s ok. The physician told me they “see old people a lot, so not sure where young people go.” I swish I could afford a better clinic but this is what gods gave me. Save yourself time and frustration and avoid with all cost. Crazy to see that these are the people guiding elders people health problems. Not a single person in that office cares.
