moved out here , went and signed my babies papers for releasing his information, a week went by called them and they stated I was calling the wrong place and they didn’t have them, 5 minutes after that they called back saying they found them, turned around scheduled my babies appointment for Friday October 24th, called me the day before to move his time up to 9:15, we called back to ask about paying out of pocket/insurance which they gave us to the information we needed, called back an hour later asking what we would pay out of pocket for them to tell me they automatically canceled my babies appointment because I called and asked for insurance… which don’t make sense and is unprofessional.

Loved them!! Very kid friendly waiting room, bright colors, activities to keep children entertained; and even a cute little wall where they hold onto patients pictures they’ve colored!! All staff was very kind and answered all questions effectively. I was called back very shortly after my appointment time, which is always amazing!! Melissa Johnson was truly a pleasure to meet, she seemed to be very genuine and really care for my child! She was very informative and gave me handouts of any information I may be wanting about my daughters current check up. I am very glad I switched my daughters previous pediatrician to this one!

Melissa Johnson is our 2 month old’s doctor and she is amazing with him. She is very informative and kind. The office itself is usually very fast and efficient, and if I have a concern about my baby they always answer and help me not freak out. Great people and service.
