WOULD GIVE MORE STARS IF I COULD!!

I had a great experience. I got the exact care I needed by a really caring & excellent doctor & medical assistants. The Berkeley pre-med student who works the desk was really lovely as well. The doctor and medical assistants who treated me wore masks which I really appreciated. There were also air purifiers in all of the rooms. The place itself was the most fancy & beautiful urgent care I’ve ever been in. I paid a $0 co-pay which has never happened across all my years of going to different urgent cares! They were very apologetic about me having to wait an hour to be seen (they had double booked and were short on staff or something), so it didn’t seem like that common of an occurrence based on all of the apologies I got. I didn’t mind because it was a much shorter wait than any other urgent care or ER and I got amazing care.

Definitely go here in general but especially if you have an ear infection or an ear wax build-up problem, they knew just what to do.

The staff told me I would be paying a $0 co-pay. After getting treated, I came back a few days later because I assumed it would be $0 again. They confirmed this. Weeks later they charged me with a $100 bill. It seems extremely scammy to be telling me its free then charging me later. Even if one of their own staff made a mistake, they should be accountable for the error.

I also waited over an hour to be seen both times. I also believe that I got swimmers ear (the reason I returned) from the ear wax removal they did.

Waited 2+ hours despite having an appointment booked. The doctor was clearly overbooked. Taking Telehealth appointments even though there were people in the lobby who had been waiting for hours. The reason for waiting was not communicated until I directly asked what was taking so long. After being seen, I asked to speak with the doctor again so I could ask questions about the prescription. I was told that she did not have time to see me again, and that they could print out an info sheet regarding the meds. Overall, I felt I received subpar care, with mediocre customer service. At least it was cheap?

Took my son here. It was very easy to book him an appt which I really loved. The receptionist was very nice. The wait wasn't that long. The doctor was nice as well. The space was very clean and welcoming. At this location the xray machine isn't working for those who need one. I highly recommend this place if you need urgent care. This is the best one I've been too.

This place is an actual scam.
I showed up for a skin infection. The nurse (not Doctor) ordered some tests after charging me 189 dollars just she can order tests. The tests themselves were extra.
Once I got the test results via email. I tried to get a doctor to tell me what the results were and they are trying to get me to book another appointment at 189 dollars.
Stay away. Scam of a facility

This is what an urgent care should be like; their care, expertise, and affordable prices are above and beyond what I would expect! Would highly recommend the whole team to anyone, it’s worth the drive! They care and their prices are reasonable for anyone including those without insurance (mine doesn’t cover urgent care visits). Even had a specialist weigh in on my severe poison oak situation without charging more. Grateful for how efficient -10min I was in a patient room and seeing the doctor. 💯 top notch urgent care all around 🙌🏽 I’m a nurse at Kaiser

We had to go to urgent care today due to a fall I took yesterday, thinking it’s broken 😞. The team at CityHealth was just wonderful, so kind and efficient. My care team, Tatiana and Angelee couldn’t have been any kinder… the X-ray tech, receptionist, physician assistant, all made my visit as comfortable and quick possible. Thank you!
