Citrus valley pharmacy what can I say most of the staff there are professional friendly very willing to help except one employee Sammy Sammy or Sam is a liar he will tell you your prescription will be there on a certain day and it never shows up if you asked him why he has a smart attitude and if you have any kind of words with him or to ask him as to why he's lied to you. He has a horrible attitude and says he will personally make sure you no longer use that do to him I do not recommend this pharmacy

First time using this pharmacy as I needed a RX filled for my sick child. I despise the large chain pharmacies and prefer the smaller family owned ones. From the moment we walked in, everyone greeted us and made us feel welcome. They tried to cheer up my little guy, but he just wasn't feeling well. The whole process took less than ten minutes I think. I highly recommend this pharmacy. Thank you 😊 for helping my baby get his medicine so he can get better for his birthday (Christmas Day).

This place is a waste of your time when covid 19 testing. I arrived with my voucher to do my test, the place was over crowded and the line was unorganized. I kept trying to ask the employees to refer me where to go(in line) and explain what I'm to do and everything, they just kept telling me to wait outside. They never came outside or communicated with me where to go or exactly what to do. Once I found out what to do and where to go by another kind person there for testing(not a employee) I did my covid test and submitted it only to wait a long 7 days and it came back incomplete...Overall this place was a complete waist of my time and I hope it does not waist any of yours.

Made an covid test appointment days in advance, only to have tests “run out” upon arriving on time for appointment. Would’ve been very helpful to be notified ahead.
Employees were rude and unhelpful.

After calling and asking if a few questions I had all my prescriptions switched over to this pharmacy. The staff here are exceptionally kind, friendly and very efficient. Definitely deserving of five stars!

My favorite pharmacy, there's so much to say about the pharmacy. For one thing, the pharmacist, Chad, takes the time to know each patient individually. He accommodates your needs and makes sure you're well taken care of. The facility also offers diabetes classes to help with cooking, medication, wound care, & weight loss. Chad also makes sure your medication gets to you every month, I rarely hear him say "I don't have it in stock". Pharmacy offers great customer services as well as makin5g you feel like family.

I believe this pharmacy is a fraud. Went to do my COVID-19 test on Dec 29, 2021 and as of today no results for me nor my family.
I went to the Fair Ground on Dec 30th and took another one and got my results on January 2,2022.
Big disappointment.
DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR COVID TEST GO TO THE FAIRGROUNDS.
