Eva went over my test results and showed me pictures of where and what was done on an anatomical poster in the back office which was very helpful to me in understanding the procedure. She also spent extra time in explaining my options for another issue I have and then scheduled a telehealth home conversation to follow up on n my progress. She is always very professional yet caring and I really like how she thoroughly explains everything.

I've been trying to go here for the past few years, and is despicable that every time I call to make an appointment I get told there is a 3-4 month wait, when they have a fleet of doctors there. Someone suffering from serious digestive health problems should not have to wait 4 months just to get their foot in the door. They must be taking on WAY more patients than they ought to, just to make more money off us.
And half the time they try to convince you to see a nurse practitioner instead of the actual doctor. Then when you finally do see the doctor, they're terribly rushed, don't let you say everything you need to tell them, they're dismissive of your concerns and make generalized, basic assumptions on your diagnosis based on a 2 minute conversation. I HATE this facility. They made me go back to my car and cry more than once. They even screwed up my endoscopy by not sedating me properly and I woke up as they were putting the tube in and panicked, totally confused and choking, trying to pull it out. Now I'm traumatized for life about ever having one again.

They just want your money and don't care if you live or die.

Waiting room was nice. After you signed in and filled the paperwork out it was about 10 minutes and I was called in early. Everyone was so nice. It was an easy procedure. Felt fine next day I woke up with a small headache other than that I felt wonderful. Thank you all you did a wonderful job. The staff was great.

My appointment was on time, everyone from the reception desk to the person who took me to my car was beyond polite and attentive. The doctor explained the procedure to me in a way that made me understand and was very personable and kind. The nurses were just the best. All procedures should be this easy! Thank you so much for making me feel safe in such a vulnerable situation such as a colonoscopy! See you in 10 years!

The doctor was just okay. Didn’t see him very long. He seemed kind of like he wanted to get the procedure over with. I could be wrong, but that’s the vibe I got.
The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the anesthesiologist was excellent! I definitely recommend this clinic to my friends and family

I was a little nervous going to this doctor appointment but it turns out that their staff is so incredibly nice and helpful and the doctor is absolutely wonderful. He took his time with me he explained things he showed interest in my situation and assured me which I did feel comfortable totally comfortable about that things were going to go well for this procedure that was later scheduled for me. I feel like I'm in good hands and it's all about that positive vibe. I give this doctor a five-star rating and his office and would recommend him to anybody that needed a gastroenterologist thank you Dr sagir!!!
