My whole family and I have been going to doctor Patel for years. It’s easy to get an appointment even on the same day. He actually listens to my health concerns vs dismissing it like other doctors. Not only is he an amazing doctor he also donates to a lot of local charities. Wonderful bedside manner as well. I had a family member whose labs were abnormal and when the office contacted my family member, he was asleep and didn’t answer the phone. Dr. Patel actually came to the house and knocked on his door and made sure my family member went to the hospital which saved his life. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I went in for a VA claim and had a ton of issues with my experience. I waited 8 months for the VA to get back to me before they called and asked me to attend the appointment in 3 days or the next one would be 2-3 months from now. So I show up and see Dr. Patel, he doesn’t even introduce himself, I said “hi” and he walks out of the room saying hold on. He had a Strong accent and was hard to understand. He appeared rushed, I could hear his assistant (who I assume is his wife) on a personal phone call with her credit card company about their bills. He was in/out of the office 3 to 4 times during a short appointment. He Asked questions, then cut me off during my answers to him with his next question

I watched him Click “no” option answer to the questions he did not ask me yet and skipped over some. After asking me if I had pain putting my body weight on my leg(knee) He told me to stand on one knee (once per leg) so he could take measurements creating more pain in the affected knee. He only took one measurement for each knee. He was rude and appeared annoyed I was there. The entire appointment took less than 15 mins. Didn’t ask to see any new supporting documentation. Since I’ve waited 8 months for this appointment I took time off of work to go to this appointment and had this experience. Dr. Patel Criticized the lack of flexion stating “is that really it?!” Overall my Knee hurt more after the exam than when I arrived.

As a medical provider myself, I understand the value of health and patient education. That being said I have never had a doctor as wonderful as Dr. Patel (...yes, MD). He and the staff work tirelessly to provide their patients with TOP QUALITY HEALTHCARE. Unfortunately these days it is quite rare to find a doctor that has knowledge of health; let alone, find a practice that HAS A REAL MD, AND NOT AN NP PROVIDING YOUR CARE. I really value the practice as a patient, and encourage those who care about their health to become patients. They are truly a wonderful team.

My son and I have been seeing Dr. Patel for 4-5 years now. I am appreciative and good beside manner and his genuine interest in my health and wellbeing. It is very easy to schedule and we typically can get in next day to see him

The front desk staff appears to be lacking in competence as they have not even contacted me regarding my insurance. It seems they haven't taken the time to verify whether they are contracted with my insurance provider. Additionally, they assured me that they would call me once they had resolved this issue, but it has been a full week, and I have not received any communication from them.
