Very good rehab center. All the staff and Doctors are very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I was in a car accident and had to do physical therapy for over nine weeks here and I always felt well cared for during my visits. If you are looking for a rehab center, I would highly recommend this place 👍

I can wholehearted say I can truly recommend this place, from the front desk staff, Minoushka and Jessica are so helpful and always welcoming greeting patients with a warm smile. To the therapist that are helping me get my range of motion back, Tamika I want to give her a special thanks for taking the time out to explain in detail and in depth the reasoning and mechanics behind the therapy, Felix, Sarah, Alison and Stephanie for making therapy fun and providing me with a great experience and atmosphere to be in. We as patents come in injuried and hurt and leave in better spirits, shape and health. Another special thanks to Felix for trying to speak Creole with his clients, I appreciate the effort he puts in to learning new words, so he can better take care of his patients. Everyone at Citimed provides excellent customer service, patient care, and put love and pride in the work that they're doing and I truly appreciate every day spent and will be both happy and sad when my time is over. Continue the great work!!!!!!!

Citimed is a clean and friendly environment.
The front desk receptionist minoushka is so sweet and understanding to how important it is to make sure your you have the perfect schedule for therapy.
Tameka, and Felix are awesome. They love their job and make sure I’m doing the proper activities for healing.
I highly recommend this place

The staff at the NMB location has been pivotal in my recovery process. From the warm and friendly smiles of the front staff, to the expertise and knowledge of the therapists. I thought I was going to have to accept and adapt to the pain I was experiencing. Thanks to Citimed I won’t have to now. Highly recommend this facility to anyone who has been injured in a car accident and is looking for relief.

I posted a review after my Rotator cuff surgery in March. I have now completed therapy and I must share my testimony. Initially, I was unsure about Citimed but selected it because my husband had used them in the past. My experience was indeed excellent! J.C. was indeed an AWESOME office manager ! Dr. John Wilkerson, Jr. I simply can't say enough about...I recommend him 100 % After the surgery, the therapist ensured that his goals were met by the TERRIFIC team of therapist. We became family, they were as tough on me as they needed to be to ensure my progress, yet gentle enough to care for my spirit. Thank you ladies and gentlemen...Mr. Richard your team is to be commended. Thank you for the espresso Alicia 🙂 Tricia I simply can not thank you ENOUGH !! Your spirit is exactly what I needed to see me through therapy...you are a true professional in EVERY sense of the word. Thanks Meka, Paula, Alicia and Samantha !! They close for lunch from 1:00pm til 2:00pm only with plenty of employees they can make arrangements for two lunch breaks that way the hurting clients that pay
them so much can get attended instead of waiting in pain for service while they eat! It's simple; two lunch breaks. Problem solved!

Please read. I have been a patient for over a year now stemming from 2 car accidents. CitiMed has been professional, generous, attentive & most importantly compassionate. Starting at the front desk JC & his girls always took care of all my needs no feedback no issues. Top Notch Professionalism. I’ve been through a lot physical therapy, injections, epidural, 2 shoulder surgeries & 2 back surgeries. My physical therapists David & Rich really took their time with me post op for weeks and had patience all while pushing me to strive in rebuilding my strength. It was not easy but they made me feel comfortable when I was in pain. Ray who played baseball and knows all about shoulders guided me and gave me extra exercises to strengthen. Trish hands down has the best hands and she is meant to be a PT. She knew everything going on with me & why it was happening which in turn eased my mind set. She worked very hard in making my muscle pain subside so much so she broke a sweat which is hard because Trish likes her room cold lol. Pam always had a soothing relaxing way about her healing and it truly helped not just my body but my spirit bc times like these you will need a boost as it is not an easy path. I could go on for all the PT’s but this would be pages long. I’ve been there so long I’ve watched pregnancies, promotions, new staff & new doctors in the growth of Citimed. Great job all of you. You deserve way more than this review and a thank you. Next, the MRI & X-ray techs were comforting & friendly. They got the job done as quickly & efficiently as they could. My doctors Dr Knickerson who is all about power walking. He is a great pain management doctor, was spot on with my injections and he listens to you. Dr. Wilkerson did my shoulder surgeries and I couldn’t be happier with him & his work. Dr. Prada was my neurosurgeon. He listened and answered all my questions. He called and checked on me after my surgeries. He is knowledgeable & patient. I would recommend all these doctors 1000-% Now I saved the best for last. Eliza she’s an angel truly. I can’t say enough about her. She was attentive to whatever I needed whenever I needed it. She was comforting when I was nervous & scared. She was compassionate when I questioned why this is happening to me. She was patient when I came in with my lists of questions every time I had to have surgery before & after. She always asked how I was doing and I knew she actually cared how I was doing. She answered every question I ever had and if she didn’t have the answer she would get the answer for me. she was extremely knowledgeable. She was on point with everything literally everything. To this day she still checks on me. She deserves more than a pat on the back or this review she deserves a bonus & a promotion. She is the Shining Star in the sky at Citimed. Thank you Citimed for everyone & everything ❤️
