I HIGHLY recommended this clinic, i have been here from Sept 2020 and i didn't have any issues with the staff,doctors or nurses.
I was live in Malvern, i need 45 minutes to get here it's all worth it. although i have been moved closer.
Now i had 2 kids, i'm very happy with this clinic. you can choose the primary doctor, for me every doctors is good. I don't mind seeing different doctors here because everything it's on your chart. The staff is so kind my son loves coming here. Now they also have after hours service in saturday and sunday.

Rude nurse staff. Extremely rude nurse staff. Both of my children will be seen at another location as soon as te struggle of getting paper work faxed back that was sent over 30. Days ago for a child who need Autism therapy. To be a place for children there process is slow to literally making the family feel like they don't care. Something has changed...I'm sure if it's the link with UAMS or what but there about to lose alot of business

Great experience getting an immunization for my toddler. Short wait time, friendly staff, comfortable waiting area. Nurses made sure that my child was as comfortable as possible before, during, and after the shot. Thank you!

Be prepared to wait ateast 2+ hrs from the time you were scheduled. Almost EVERYTIME. The staff is great, when they actually do their jobs and not take their lunch breaks while you’re waiting with not 1, but 2 screaming babies. 🙃

Manager Dana here is extremely rude. (She is a karen) SOULESS/ HEARTLESS WOMAN!.
because of her being the type of person who she is, because she has "power" ... now I have to wait for probably the rest of the summer to save up more money to get what I need(personal stuff)
I am not sure why they placed her in a clinic that is for special needs children. Also lots of special needs families are zero(me) or low income. Dana is not at all understanding what it means to be a zero/low income mother of a special needs child. She has no idea. So why did they hire her? Im not sure. They need a manager that is have better knowledge and understanding of special needs children and family. Not going back to this clinic until they do. I will also raise awareness on this situation.

Update: now my whole family is mad and will raise awareness on this situation also.

Maria the nurse who attended us was very rude to us. I remember that she pulled a device that was connected to the wall and without disconnecting just pulled it and threw it. I think she does not like her job. She is a very, very rude person. She does not have to be working in this place. If she doesn't like this job she can find another one.

We been tried to get same day appointment for our daughter since she is sick but no luck, they always said they booked up for day time and call at 2pm but when you call at 2pm then they said booked up for the after hours as well at 2:01pm. It’s been happened 3days in raw. I don’t know what’s going on.
