We are personally done with Cinepolis. Went there last night for New Years Eve to see Wicked 6:00 show. Arrived to find the theater seats dirty, cup holder on one sit filthy. Ordered a drink took one hour and multiple requests to finally get the drink. All they can say is "were sorry". Was told by the waiter that the manager would deliver the drink, as you can guess that didn't happen. This seems the be the new standard at Cinepolis RSM crappy customer service. Long waits to get service, long waits to get your food, and a filthy theater. I think we are done, with an overpriced experience.

Food portions have been cut in half. Not a good value!

Top notch experience from beginning to end. Our party had a small issue with a pizza and the manager, Johan took care of it right away, gave us gift bags and a new pizza to make up for the one with the issue. Really excellent customer service, thank you!

We went to see Wicked with a very large group and we were so disappointed. You could barely hear it. For a movie whose music is spectacular and all important it was frustrating to say the least. Also the bathrooms were terrible.

Took my family here for the Thanksgiving holiday opening of Moana. Grandkids were so excited. I bought eight seats in a row….. Three of the seats didn’t work, literally had to crawl into them…… Theater was dirty. Didn’t get our food order, which we ordered before the movie started, till it was an hour into the movie…… Overall, just a terrible experience…..
Grandkids hungry, Everybody uncomfortable. Just not good.

Place is so easy to watch a movie...walk in and sit down and order food and drinks while the movie starts. Although our bottomless popcorn 🍿 refill did not show up before movie was over. Bathrooms and staff we clean and pleasant and parking is easy. Please like this post and follow me if you find helpful.

What can I say, this is the best theater I’ve ever been to. Their food is high-end, the seats are ultra comfortable and it feels like you are in a first class lounge. The staff is super friendly and treat you like family. I got the the mushroom and Onion burger and it was like something I’ve never had. They mince the mushrooms and onion into a paste and it was so delicious. I would go there even without watching a movie. They have great portions. The hummus plate was great with fresh veggies and delicious hummus. I wish I lived closer as I would go every week.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Cinepolice Luxury Cinema in Rancho Santa Margarita. I ordered the shaved ribeye sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious. The movie, which was 2 hours and 30 minutes long, was entertaining. The staff at Cinepolice are consistently friendly and accommodating, making every visit a pleasure. This cinema has become my favorite, and I make it a point to go there once a month. Highly recommended for a top-notch movie-going experience!
