The therapists made dangerous choices with my kids and gave further dangerous advice to me for parenting. I left each appointment traumatized and went into my lessons needing to be pulled out and accompanied. The people who accompanied me were always shock/horrified at what the therapists said to me. Their understanding of emotions is pseudoscience fictionat best. Really had high hopes because I knew the therapist going in. The therapists treat ALL parents like their court order to be there and awful. Too many power games and not enough science.

My kids we’re having a rough time coping with my divorce from their father and Ms Angela B. was God sent. She understood what my girls were going through and she was very supportive. We love her verrry much. She’s by far the greatest therapist EVER.

ZERO STARS, reached out through a 3rd party, I signed up and everything, called today to confirm appointment, THEY had no information on me at all. And you wonder why the suicide rate is up across America, trans get good healthcare but the people that REALLY need it are passed over

My now 14-year old son has been with them for the better part of 3 years. For the most part it's been productive as much as it could be with a teenager that only wants to divulge so much. By the 3rd therapist, we knew it wasn't for us. Don't try to call, it's a big mess. Send a message via the site with specific names. We did get a very nice case manager but she found other opportunities shortly after meeting my son and it all went down hill. We had a tree fall and destroy out house in Hurricane Ian and we were displaced. The case manager was all over it, so we thought. We fell through the cracks. Things were not completed, so the next case manager had no idea what she was walking into. I feel like what happened? I appreciate Heather giving me resources but at that point I was like, why try? I already feel defeated and ready to move on. I understand everyone is shortstaffed and under paid..... Just come in with a guarded heart if you decide to go forward with services.

Absolutely awful. Deserves 0 starts. I signed up due to my daughter's insurance recommending this agency. I signed up in Nov 2021. We had the intake done Dec 2021. I had no issue waiting for this as I understand mental health agencies are overwhelmed. We did not hear from a therapist until March 2022. Again, trying to be understanding, but the therapist resigned after only 2 sessions. Why even bother assigning her new clients if you knew she was leaving? My daughter was extremely upset as she grew to like this therapist to then be told she was going to receive another. The supervisor called me nearly a month later stating that her new therapist was in orientation and would be in training for a few weeks but that I should receive a call after that. I think it's unprofessional to be disclosing so much, because to me it shows you pile on too much on new people which is why you can't seem to keep any. I receive a call from the supervisor again 2-3 weeks later asking if I changed my mind about services because the new therapist claims to have reached out to me multiple times. When I checked the number, I had no calls, texts, or voicemails from her. So this new therapist was lying about contacting her clients? Then I finally receive a call to schedule, after having requested in school sessions, to find out this therapist is virtual. So I took the appt, because at this point it has been 7 months since we had signed up for services and had only 2 sessions prior. She did not call to confirm the appt day of, we had something come up but she said that it was okay cuz she wasn't available at that time anyway. She rescheduled for that Monday, again no follow up call or email, even to remind us about the session. Even with me taking the blame for the first 2 scheduled sessions, the lack of professionalism is astounding. I work in mental health and we always always always call ahead of time to make sure the appt is still on. I received no such notification, until today, when my daughter logged on and sat waiting for her therapist for over 20 minutes! She was a no show. After I texted her supervisor wanting to cancel services, the therapist texts me asking if I believe my daughter no longer needs services, because if so she wants to discharge her. Extremely unprofessional from A to Z. Steer clear please! I will be reporting this to the insurance agency.

DO NOT use this place! It's a total scam. They force your kids to go through a 2 hour "intake" process where they ask the most intimate questions then NEVER provide a therapist! We waited over a month then, today, I receive a seriously curt phone message saying - "our therapists are full and we're discharging this chart." Why did we even go through all of this?! I'm reporting them to Johns Hopkins so they come off of its referral list. This place should be shut down and that is now my sole mission in life.

This company is an absolute joke and discriminates against autistics with mental health issues. Refused to treat my duaghters anxiety, depression and mood swings bc she is on the spectrum. So according to them if you are autistic you do not deserve mental health services. Your just a lost cause . I will be reporting this to any and every agency that deals with this kind of thing. Thanks for wasting our time
