I’ve been trying to find a new PCM through Tricare for a month now, and it has been incredibly difficult to say the least, and a physician at this office was given to me by them. I called over 10 times trying to simply reach the office to see if that physician was taking on new Tricare patients, and if yes, were they still contracted as a PCM with Tricare. Their scheduling line rings and rings and then goes to voicemail. I left two voicemails, on separate days asking for clarifications on these questions, and no one ever called me back. So the last time I tried to call instead of following the new patient prompt I opted for reception. Their phone also just rang and rang and rang. How is anyone supposed to be seen by them if they never answer the phone?

I have been a long time customer of Dr Christopher. (Over 10 years) I am now over 63 years old and I appreciate the level of care and professionalism I receive at every appointment .

She has allowed my wife to sit in during my appointments as I sometimes don't remember her answers for treatment and the status of my ailments. She treats us as her friends and has never talked down to us during our appointments.

She has a very busy practice but always takes time to make us feel welcome.

She is a highly valued addition to the local health care available in Crestview FL.

I have severe medical phobia due to some mistreatment in earlier years, but Dr. Christopher, Dana, and staff are very understanding and caring and make me feel comfortable.

The only drawback at all to this practice is the difficulty of coming in as a new patient if your underlying medical issues or medications require an initial visit with the doctor--the new patient appointments seem to have an insurmountable backlog, especially since the beginning of the pandemic.

In short, I highly recommend this practice if you can get in.

Great medical care! I love Dr. Christopher. She always remembers me and really works with me to bring my health around without pushing pills on me. Don't get me wrong, I do take some medicines. We are partners in my health and I really appreciate my medical team!!

I would give 0 stars but you can’t. Worst office I’ve been in. 20 minutes just sitting in a hot room sweating waiting on a provider who never showed. I told them I’d find a new doctor and they didn’t seem to care.
