Christiana has been my therapist for years now. Before working with her I had a few therapists who were okay but no one has been able to help me like she has.
She is warming, easy to open up to, funny, but also so skillful and knowledgeable. I felt completely comfortable with her.
I have some heavy trauma but doing EMDR with her has literally transformed my life. I find it much easier and I’m able to have deep and meaningful relationships in my life.

I've been seeing Christiana for several years now and she is simply the best! I don't know how to explain how much she has helped me. She is warm, insightful, and generous. She has a way of making you feel safe to open up about literally anything. I would especially recommend her for anyone interested in EMDR. I was initially somewhat skeptical of EMDR, but it has become an incredibly effective tool for me and genuinely changed my life. So grateful to have found such a supportive therapist who knows what she's doing.
