My daughter had an important at 1:00 pm to get her flu shot. The door was locked and everyone was taking a lunch break at the same time which made no sense at all. The door was unlocked a little before 2:00pm. No one apologized for the inconvenience and was rude. After being there for over an hour, they did not give her a shot because of her recent age. Someone should have discussed this with me before making an appointment. I was very disappointed in the customer service. I will not be going back there.

Scheduled an appointment for my daughter to get a flu shot and was given a 1:00pm appointment. When I got there 10 mins before the appointment time the door was locked with a note on the door that said "we are gone to lunch, will be back." I stood outside the door thinking somebody would come since my daughter's appointment was scheduled. The door opened and Barbara, one of the nurses, came out and stared at me with a crazy look on her face. I said my daughter had an appointment and before I could complete my sentence she rudely said "you'll have to come back," rolled her eyes and walked off angrily. Don't take your children to this evil place. They have pictures of Jesus all in the clinic but act rude towards the patient's parents. They are fake and not true to what they show.

I was hoping to put 0 stars. I’m a previous employee ( barleyyyyyy ) & I must say I chose the wrong clinic to work. I was Part-time do to working overnight at my other Job. One day all of a sudden I was contacted by management saying to not return back until further notice. Until DR Moss tells me to. When I asked the reason why they wanted to say they were having receptionists issues. Honestly I still wasn’t understanding , it sounded like LIES to me . Anyway days past by still no phone calls from DR Moss I’m starting to get worried. Soooo I took it upon myself to just call her & asked about when will I be returning & she told me they were experiencing receptionist issues at the moment still . How she claim she still have me on schedule for working my hours & she will be back in contact once it’s taken care of. Weird but okay I’m still patiently waiting for a callback. Fast forward it’s payday & I goes inside the clinic to pick up my check & see the same person that trained me training someone else (NEW) .. From that moment I was truly heartbroken inside because I wasn’t understanding… The Old Me would have reacted out of completely ANGRY But instead I got my check & I Left it in God Hands. Till this day God has blessed me with a Job that pays me GOOD ENOUGH where I don’t need another source of INCOME . I’m more than thankful. Around that time I needed the Job to catch up on expenses but God sits up high & looks down low at what goes on. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all for WORK Or Her Being My Doctor. That’s not how you treat people!!

The worst place to take your kids.!! They’re soooorrrrryyyyy and lazzzzzyyyy … Dr.Moses doesn’t listen to your concerns about your children at all.! Please choice a better doctor for your kids .!!!
