well.. i have had this medical group since 2000 when i moved up here.. have had issues with them for the last few years.. 2013 2 days before christmas.. i had an abscess that needed draining.. went to ER and had it lanced... since then, been dealing with trying to get it removed.. as it has now been 3 years... and it still reopens every week or so... finally got UPGRADED care to Loma Linda... as the OB/GYN up here said they needed to rule out CANCER... that was in Feb.. I HAD THE ABILITY THIS WEEK (MONDAY 11/14/16) TO HAVE SURGERY... but the approval was sat on by my DOCTOR (?) SINCE WEDNESDAY LAST WEEK.. she didn't even turn it in until today... so yup.. surgery got cancelled... RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS MEDICAL GROUP

Choice Medical Group is amazing my son needed to have ear surgery and I was a little bit worried but they made the authorization process easy and smooth. My son had his surgery which was flawless and he is fine now. It is so refreshing that when I need the help my Medical Group is there for me and my family! I am so happy to be a Choice Medical Group member.

I love Dr Khetarpal she is great always takes her time and gives excellent care the staff are also great. My husband goes to Dr Patel and he is also great. I have switched most of my family to Choice Medical.

To have a physician who is knowledgeable, and willing to listen, takes the extra time to review data and is a great educator is a rarity - But Dr Hemanshu Patel has shown all these qualities in every interaction we have had. We have to travel far to many specialists for my sons medical issues but we will stay right here in the High Desert for our primary care as we have a physician who can see the big holistic picture and understands how the patient and the family are integral in a great outcome. Thank you Dr Patel from a grateful family.

Never even saw a provider. I am new to the area and went to my appointment but the address in the portal was wrong. I tried to call but was on hold forever and the “call center” person was so rude and unhelpful. I was late to my appointment and marked as a no show, unable to be seen.
The process is not designed for new patients and I felt completely mistreated. Why didn’t the clinic call when I was late? That could have resolved my problem. Since I didn’t have a number to the clinic, I had to wait on hold fir a calm center person that wasn’t helpful. The call center refused to connect me with the clinic. That’s bad business.
I found a different doctor that has an office phone number, not a call center and look forward to being treated like a human being.

I love Choice Medical Group. They have the best physicans and staff. Recently Dr Singh referred me for a STAT procedure, and not only did I receive a call from her office that the procedure had been approved with instructions, but I received a call from Choice Medical Group as well. Can't get any better than this!
