"Dr." Vu is rude. Tonya let me come back 4x before addressing my frozen shoulder and ten months of horrible pain. Not caring is a specialty. Insurance pays for test and since Melba left I've yet to receive any results. Faxing rx. To sierra vista is something they claim to do, but not getting there is the results. Some of the people who answer the phone have said WHAT? I'm glad I no longer live in bisbee, az. Some of the office staff has been very kind, Danielle for one.

Dr. Catherine Vu is a liability and their Pharmacy is totally negligent.

This clinic swapped out a drug for another drug without my consent and then refused to fill the correct drug.

I am currently filing a formal compliant with the Arizona State Board of Medicine and Pharmacy.

Need to sanitize as I see they are not wiping their beds/rooms. Supervisors need to start checking making sure MA are doing their job right, very unsanitary.

If you’re really persistent, you’ll receive great care. Call often and let them know you really need them. If you don’t really pursue from your end, they won’t take you serious. I’m very blessed to have come under the care of some of their best doctors. Dr Herarra and Dr Safavi are both intelligent and compassionate physicians. They took really good care of me this past week. And Dr Melk is absolutely the best pediatrician for our son with special medical issues. We will continue to use Chiricahua.

I first went with my partner when he came in as a new patient. He was given a referral to a specialist. They were very professional and caring.
I went in recently concerned about possible diabetes and they fit me in very quickly even through I was a new patient. I was very happy with the staff and health care provider. They were all pleasant and respectful.
It’s a pleasant environment as well.

If it was possible to leave zero stars, I would. July 29th, we visited the clinic as new patients to look into a possible insect-related infection. Blood work was ordered and sent off for analysis, and we were told it would be 7 to 10 business days for results to be ready. Around the 6th and 7th of August, we started calling to check if results were in. The office had left two messages saying we should call because results were in. After calling back for 4 consecutive business days, receiving the same response, "We'll call you when results are ready," we received a letter from the clinic in the mail saying they could not reach us after several attempts! We had been calling for days, but no one took the time to ask what the patient's name or birthdate was, so they were not even checking on information.
After receiving the letter, we called yet again to find that they somehow needed to update phone records, after we JUST filled out new paperwork. They were too busy to share results at that time, so they said they would call back. Now it's the following day, still no call back. Upon calling the office, we were once again told we would get a call back, but the office was busy. Enough is enough, so we drove down to the clinic to find it closed for training! Wouldn't that have been a better response to the phone call several minutes earlier? We are still waiting....

The WORST staff I ever encountered. I needed my prescription refilled and I happened to change insurance providers when I needed my second refill. Before my pharmacy would fill the script, these clowns sat on the prior authorization form for days denying me my prescription refill. They did not care that I would be without my meds and were rude and clueless on the phone. They do NOT care about their patients here.

I went in for high blood pressure. They called in a script. When I called for a refill I was told no refill untill I got a blood test. I dont have a hundred bucks to burn. Just needed the meds they had prescribed. I guess since they are not a pill mill anymore they had to find a way to justify that new building. If you go there good chance you will need a blood test for some reason. They will tell you its covered on your insurance, when it's not covered a bill for hundreds comes in the mail. They say oh, you dont have that much, you can make a one time payment today. If you happen to have a couple hundred bucks laying around.
