I had a very great experience at CVMC; Outpatient service (OPS) and GI team worked together to prepare me well for my procedure. Also, the nurses in OPS specifically Julie and Cristina were nice and professional in providing care to me. I appreciated what they did for me.

I am so impressed with the admitting department. Unfortunately I was misinformed and gave the admitting admin a bit of attitude and she controlled the situation by pausing letting me finish my sentence and informed correctly of what I can be seen for. I apologize to hospital and more specific the admitting admin in this frustrating situation. I believe she has a positive attitude and genuine concern to help people. I can only imagine the strong work ethic she has developed over the course of her career. She needs to be recognized as the superstar and please do not give her a hard time.

Great experience considering everything I had going on, I came prepared with an audio book and headphones which helped with the wait. The lab tech that drew blood was amazing I think Jacqueline is her name. Nurses and physicians were kind and efficient. Nice and clean, bathrooms were neat. It gets crowded easily so its nice that they have strategies in place to keep the flow of patients as efficient and private as they can. 10/10

From the time I arrived to the time I left I encountered nothing but compassionate people and superior care. Wendy in admitting was great, Kyle the triage nurse was phenomenal, Nurse Denise was very kind and empathic, Diana the x-ray technician had the greatest personality, Kristen from respiratory has the greatest soul, and Mr. Soto, the PA made me feel seen, heard, and understood. He was very attentive and very informative about my plan of care as well as my diagnosis. I appreciate them all and wish the same experience I had for every patient.

By far Chino Valley Medical Center has proven time and time again to me that they are the best medical group in the area for sure. Like everyone else I'm very picky about who my health care is overseen by. I've been to every hospital from the Doctors of Monte Claire, to San Antonio and all the way down to Arrowhead and I put chino valley a head of them all. I no longer go anywhere else for my emergency situations and I highly recommend this place to everyone wanting a personal feel to their health care. While most of the other places I've named use what would appear to be a play book for a NFL offense . Giving just a cookie cutter approach to everyone that goes through their doors, Chino Valley has always been more personal with how they've dealt with me. They listen very well and take every bit of information you're able to give them into consideration when making a informed diagnosis of your condition. Personally I'll never go anywhere else. It's quicker than any other emergency room I've been to without losing quality of care in the process. Thank you Chino Valley for caring so much for your patients.

Although it was unfortunate to find ourselves at the hospital right after Christmas Day, we were deeply impressed by the professionalism and genuine care shown by the staff. My husband came in with severe pain caused by appendicitis. The doctor diagnosed the issue immediately and performed the surgery within two hours.

A special thanks to Dr.Tsui, RN Emily and Kelly, who were incredibly empathetic and attentive, constantly checking on my husband and offering support throughout the process. Both the doctor and nurses spoke Mandarin, which made it much easier for us to understand the procedures and feel at ease during a stressful time.

We are truly grateful for their responsiveness and dedication, especially on a holiday. Thank you for your outstanding care, and we wish all the caretakers here a happy holiday season.

ERs are tricky to rate since the staff, nurses and doctors have an incredible amount of responsibility for so many people in emergency situations. I can't say how grateful I am for how I was treated and taken care of. God bless that whole hospital.

Absolutely the worst experience. No sense of urgency from the nurses. No visits from the doctors when they did their rounds. Maybe they think that some people are more important than others but we ALL get a bill. So, if i am paying your hospital then the least you can do is come to the room for an update during your rounds. The person next to us in the same room, who was Caucasian, was visited by his doctor about 8 times. So maybe if you’re white, you’ll get good service.
