Vanessa is hands down the best! Her customer service is exceptional, like no other. Here at Chino Medical Supply, they are very informative and helpful in helping the customer decide which is good for them. There is a wide selection of the equipment type. Very disappointed with the customer service and lack of compassion.
I was promised a Lift chair to be delivered on 3/26/2024. I called weeks in advanced. Josie promised that this could happen and do not worry about it. "Call the Friday before surgery and verify". Today I called and was told they are moving and this is not possible anymore. I spoke with the manager, Eli who did not even sound sympathatic or sorry for their broken promises. I told him the normal response would be to apologize for such a huge inconvenience as I needed this chair and had I known they were moving I could have made other arrangements.
*Do not depend on this company to deliver!!!
Just call Pomona Medical instead!

My Travelscoot was damaged while flying Southwest. Their baggage claim people set me up with Chino Medical Supply. Eli came out to my daughter's house to do the assessment. He carefully checked the entire scooter for any damage and got the broken part ordered right away. He was very responsive as was Josie. They got my scooter fixed before I had to fly home. If I ever need any Medical supplies while in California this is the first place I would go.
