Listen to me, don't come to this urgent care! Worst urgent care and worst staff ever！

The NP gave a completely wrong diagnosis causing a delay in the patient's condition, followed by emergency surgery. Contacted this urgent care after the fact and the staff at this clinic had an extremely terrible attitude, I've never seen such an unreasonable, unethical staff!! They lied and denied it and was extremely aggressive and super rude and hung up and didn't answer the phone!!

As a healthcare professional, if you go against medical ethics, you don't deserve to continue in this profession!

Don't waste your money and time here!

CALL BEFORE YOU VISIT THIS URGENT CARE!

My insurance, Aetna, told me this urgent care was within my network. After I checked in and spent 10 minutes filling out the forms, I was turned away by the staff because my IPA wasn't accepted. There's definitely a disconnect with Aetna and this clinic and the IPA. I ended up not getting my issue look at 👎

Slow, distracted, and impersonal staff. They really don't care very much and it's clear this is just a paycheck to most of them. They need to do MUCH, MUCH, better.

3 weeks ago i brought my mother in law Came here for regular annual check up
She had diabetic and other health problems
The doctor prescrip her some medication
Office staff said they already send the info to pharmacy
Keep calling pharmacy every day
They said never got the info from doctor office
Call again today and they said their system down cannot check the info
Will look for another new place for annual check up
Don’t come here if you need your medication Worst place ever
My mother in law will dying because she need her diabetes medication

It's very hard to get a hold of anyone there. It's rare when reps answer the phone, needless to mention reply back to your left messages. One time I had to drive there just to re-schedule my appt after trying to call for 2 days and leaving 3 messages. I was also told that the doctor doesn't come to this location. You're mainly seen by a nurse practitioner. I later knew that there is a PA in that location. I'd highly recommend for them to improve the services.

Long wait time, don’t come for urgent care. Don’t blame them because doctor see the schedule patient first and take care urgent care durning spare time.

Don't go here. The Doctor wrote the wrong x-ray order on the other side,
doesn't tell me the result over the phone, and only tells me when I make a reservation and meet the Doctor.
