We really appreciate the kindness of the staff and the doctor there. I have been taking my parents to their dental office. They have great patience taking care of them, especially my Dad who has dementia. 5 stars.

My bad experience with them started on the phone. Front line of customer service was someone that doesn't even understand how new patients process works. Asked questions that did not concern her, then decided to transfer me to the person responsible to gather all the information she already asked. So I had to answer it all over again only so this person now tells me she cannot connect to my insurance's portal. Asks me to send an email with ,y insurance information. I sent it to her, after days she never responded so I reached out. She says she still is unable to connect to the portal, then proceeds to misgender based on I don't know what and says that my daughter is not under my insurance. First, how would she know if she still cannot connect to the portal? Second, clearly my daughter was my dependent and as soon I as went to another dentist provider, they resolved my issue in less than 10 minutes and I have my appointment set with this second provider.

Terrible service. Dirty. Does not listen to the patient. Makes jokes that are racist and inappropriate. Doctor didn't check and assumed things were okay when they were told the opposite. Said I had to build a relationship with him before he can really diagnose anything. What does that mean? Pain still here and doctor was no help.

My son had fever for a week and I made several phone calls to make appointment with doctor, but the front desk just told me hold on, and then they hanged up my calls. I changed doctors immediately!

They should not charge you per illness complaint, but per visit. Meaning, if you have a headache and upset stomach complaint in one visit, they should charge you only one deductible/visit. They have the tendency of charging per complaint, in previous example they try to charge TWO deductibles. Not happy with that, they charge as “out-of-network”, which is way higher than if they are in network. Total rip-off. Report them!
