Came here with breathing problems a few days ago, still having them. The lady in pink scrubs was extremely rude when I first came in and made me carry around my cold urine sample for hours. They didn't test me for any sicknesses and the DOCTOR told me to get a primary doctor. What do you think emergency rooms are for? I couldn't breathe! Turns out I have covid. But not diagnosed by you guys! terrible place. Sad to say I was born at st vincents. That will be a last.

These young ladies are exceptional. They treated me with respect and understanding the entire time I was there, I had a wonderful nurse help me more than I knew I needed this morning. I will not go to any other urgent care from now on, this is the best experience I have ever had at an urgent care. It was quick and extremely helpful. Thank you so much!

I’m from south Alabama and not at all familiar with this area, but on the drive home after several days of hiking and camping in north Alabama it was apparent I needed to see someone as soon as possible as I was experiencing a left flank pain that was only reminiscent of unmedicated child birth. And I’m definitely not pregnant.

I’d recently been treated elsewhere for a severe kidney infection so I assumed the pain probably had something to do with that opposed to a hiking injury. I googled ‘urgent care near me’ and this place was closest. I got there around 1pm, signed in, and waited my turn as there were several people ahead of me. I only waited around 30 minutes, which was pretty impressive, and was called back by the most competent and compassionate medical staff I’ve yet to come across in a healthcare facility.

I have an extensive, mostly horrific, medical history, but the way these women treated me was enough to have me in tears for their kindness. I explained what was going on and within the next 10 minutes they’d taken my vitals, obtained a UA sample, and had xrayed my back. I’ve been xrayed an obscene amount of times over the years and have had some pretty terrible experiences. This particular woman however was so professional and empathetic. I regret not getting her name. After being shown to a room I again only waited a few short minutes before Alex Gross NP was there explaining what they’d found and reassuring me it could all be taken care of and I would be fine. I’ve never met an Alex I didn’t like and this one was no different. She was knowledgeable, down to earth, and spoke to me like I’m actually a human being.

I’m now home, on the mend, and feeling a million times better. I’ll typically do anything to avoid seeing a healthcare provider for any reason due to experiencing so much medical trauma in the past. The ladies I saw here made me feel heard, believed, and like I was worthy of being well. Far too many times I’ve been made to feel the opposite and unfortunately that isn’t exactly uncommon for women particularly. The staff here really were all amazing in every way and I’m so grateful I made it to them in my time of need.

If can be scary needing urgent medical care while away from home, but today these women did so much to relive my anxiety. I couldn’t possibly thank them enough.

I debated on writing my review but my experience was not a good one with this Urgent Care. I have been to many Urgent Cares but this one by far is the worst. I was sick with what I thought was the flu. I decided I needed to get tested for it bc I needed to take a leave of absence from my work so I wouldn't get pointed for my days missed (you're only allowed 5 points an then you're fired). So I went too Urgent Care, got tested and I was positive for Flu B. Well then I had to have the doctor fill out my medical forms so I could turn them into Sedgwick. I paid $50 to have my forms filled out. Urgent Care said to give the doctor 5 business days to fill them out. So on the 5th day I went to pick my forms up, only then did I find out that she still had not filled them out. So the girl at the desk said the doctor would fill them out real quick. So it took her two to three minutes at the most to fill them out. I then took them home an sent them in. Then I received a message saying that my medical forms were incomplete. Turns out the doctor wrote the wrong dates down for the days I had been absent from work due to having the flu (the correct dates were on a form that I had to fill out for the doctor to know what to write down, apparently she didn't bother to look at the form when she filled out my medical forms). So I take my forms back to the doctor an tell the girl at the desk what happened. She says they will call when the forms are ready for pick-up. 3 days went by an I never heard from them. So I go up there an of course the forms are still at the desk. So she takes them back to the doctor. I leave and as soon as I get home they call to tell me the doctor won't back date to correct the forms. So basically I paid $50 for forms to be filled out incorrectly and the doctor wouldn't correct her mistake. This almost cost me my job. I don't know who manages this facility but they really need to look into this issue. I work hard for my money, an paying $50 is fine but the doctor could at least fill the medical forms out correctly. An if she makes a mistake she could at least correct it. I will not be back to this urgent Care.

UPDATE:

I still haven't received a call from the manager.

I would not recommend this dump to ANYONE. after paying $60 for a college physical and TB skin test, the staff refused to sign the paperwork for the physical stating it had to be signed be a doctor and they don’t have a doctor at that office. Even though the paperwork clearly said it could be signed by a doctor OR a nurse practitioner. This is after making us wait for hours both days we went up there! And won’t refund the money! I would not reccomend this place for even basic services
