Great team from the ladies at the from to the nurses in the back. Dr Gladys has never been anything short of exceptional, we’ve been using her almost 9 years! My son absolutely adores her, which is why we have driven over 30 mins to see her one way each trip. We love this group!

She is very rude in multiple ways. She has been out pediatrician for years (mainly because of insurance) but ive had enough of her smart elicits remarks her cutting me off while I'm talking and not listening to me at all about my concerns about my children's health. And today, yet again she rudely passed judgement and made a comment then argued with me. The staff are sweethearts but Dr alolod is not only rude or will not listen to parents concerns but also a bare minimum effort doctor at best.

Do NOT take your children to this office! Took my daughter for a small red circle on her leg, they gave her cream that made it 10 times worse, took her back & the Dr said that it was normal & supposed to look that way. My 6 year old daughter was screaming in pain. I took her to Children's Hospital, to find out the cream had caused a chemical burn on the back of her leg! It was supposed to be for kids 12 & up, once a week & the Dr at Chilton Pediatrics had her using it every day!!! She will now have a huge burn scar on the back of her leg for the rest of her life, all because of some so called "Dr" mis-diagnosing her!

The desk clerks are always smiling and friendly, I absolutely LOVE my daughters doctor Gladys! she's straight and to the point and is also a NATURAL with babies!! I highly recommend this particular office!!

Do not use this office. They told my husband my son needed a shot... they proceeded to give my son the HPV vaccine after they have been told many times with each of my children no. I have refused it at least twice before when they asked for my son. They are sneaks, liars and shouldn't be open for business. To make a parent believe their child NEEDS a vaccine for something that this optional.

Fast and friendly service. Dr. Gladys knows what she is doing and is straight to the point. My child gets a brand new book from her every time we visit!

Terrible. Constant misdiagnosis and 2 hour waits. Nurses and staff are amazing, but Gladys doesn't know what she's doing.
