It's like this. This place isn't nothing but a money racket , when it comes down to it , $$$ number is the primary goal to achieve. Not recovery. I don't say this from an uneducated position. My number was #333 at shelby county treatment center, and #31 in chilton county, I've been going on and off for almost 15 years. I am currently actively addicted to fentanyl and because my life has become unmanageable. I am unable to work, and I called trying to get help, and even though I have paid TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars to these treatment centers, and I have a FULL TIME JOB and can pay the money for initiation and dosing for one week back, they will not admit it without the money upfront for initiation and dosing money upfront, it don't matter that I have already loyally paid tens of thousands of dollars to this same treatment center before, it dosnt matter that I have a full time job and just need the initiation and first week of dosing so I can draw a check, they will not admit me without $$$ up front... now if I was a new patient with no proof of income or any record with this treatment center, I would understand , but I'm not, I have have record of tens of thousands of dollars I have paid into this treatment , and I have proof of income if I can just get in the program and get on the medication I need to live safely and normal enough to Carry out my duties at work,
I'm very disappointed in this treatment center for turning Me away because I really need the help they offer. At the end of the day, yall are a money racket, nothing more
