This place racially profiled my mother, the social worker Julia Mims in charge of her case repeatedly asking her for her migratory status here in the USA we have asked several times to speak to a supervisor and when she finally came to the phone Kim (Craig?), was indifferent she didn’t care about what we had to say and no one seems to care, she gave my mother such a hard time, it’s a shame that people like this work in “Human Resources” where you are shamed because of your race, and the language you speak. My mother all she was asking for was help for my sister that has autism, they were more worried about other things than who the help is for. Shame on both of you racist ladies.
