This business is operated by an amazing technician and an honest business man. When i brought my broken laptop to him, he told me there is still warranty and helped me getting the laptop fixed from the manufacture. After I brought the device back to him to get the back up data back on the machine, he even fixed the mistakes the technician from manufacture made on the spot within 30 minutes.

Had an easy enough issue to solve, just needed a simple cord, not even the full power brick or any of that just the male end of the cord and they were super helpful and had exactly what I needed and it didn't cost me 60 bucks like best buy wanted for their charger. Which by the way, wouldn't even power my computer. Love this place, absolutely recommend it to anyone who may need to take their computer to be looked at.

Took my pc to Nerds on Call and paid $50 for the diagnostics and they told me it was basically a broken board and would have to be replaced or upgrade everything new for around $1000. Was a bit skeptical and decided to get a second opinion at the Chico Computer Clinic and told them the story and what was wrong. They instantly told me it was more then likely a bent pin in the cpu socket. He was so astonished by the misdiagnosis from the other place he went to work on my PC immediately to prove himself right and not even two hours later I got a text with a picture of my pc running perfect. It was exactly what he thought it would be and they only charged $40 for the diagnostics because it was such a simple and quick fix. He also Overclocked my ram in the bios for me. Never going anywhere else but here for computer service. Best in town and its not even close!

Absolutely the best place to go for PC repair especially when it comes to custom build computers. This was the second time we’ve had them help with our computers.

My own personal computer was having a bunch of power cycling issues and they got it diagnosed the day I dropped it off and was able to help me get the replacement part. The price for everything was extremely reasonable. I never had another issue with my PC again! Two years going strong!

The second computer is my fiancés first ever desktop PC and it’s a custom built, we wanted a new cooler put in and they again did it extremely quickly and we got it back the same day we dropped it off. I always appreciate this facility and they are super nice too which is always a bonus!
