Very frustrated because when you are VERY SICK, and you call the number provided, they tell you someone will get back to you soon, and you wait 2 days with no response = frustration! I started to call them at 8 AM like the website says. Wait 5 minutes responds the first lady. I call back and she says wait till 8:15, Next, she says they never answer before 8:30! Which is it now because I am confused. I love Dr. Sutton but there has to be a better way!

One front desk person is brusk and comes across rude. Really needs to be trained on customer service. However, medical care at the clinic is thorough and the medical staff are caring and take all the time you need to answer questions and address concerns.

The center is NOT a COVID testing center as indicated on the page on Google. I was informed by the person answering the phone"we don't do tests and I don't know how to help you". Disappointing at best.

It was fine except the x-ray gal forgot or didn't hear and I sat waiting for an hour. ? afterwards it was only minutes.
