STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I want to share my 40 min experience inside of this place. I took my wife and son inside to begin our quest of puppy searching. Everything was cool as I tried to get a price on a pup that I thought suited our needs. They will not be able to give you one. That's just the way they do business inside this place. The real problem I had was with the lady boss of this place as she attempted to yell at me and my family (as I assume she does to her animals) because my 5 yr old was making a squeeking noise with his shoe. The lady boss came at us, guns blazing as we had the pup in our hands.

BOTTOM LINE

She sucks, this place sucks, they're are people that do much better work that are professional breeders and are willing to give you a good deal. This place will suck you out of thousands of dollars. SAVE SAVE SAVE and don't buy any of their psychological bait.

I recently buy a dog, and I am beyond thrilled with the entire experience! From the moment I stepped into the store , I was welcomed by warm staff who truly care about the dogs. They took the time to guide me through the process , answering all my questions and ensuring I felt confident in my decision.

The store was clean and organized. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about each dog’s personality, history, and needs, which helped me choose the perfect match for my family. They didn’t rush me into anything – they really listened to my preferences and made sure I was well-prepared for dog ownership.

When I met my dog for the first time, it was an instant connection. The staff made sure we spent some quality time together, and I could tell they were genuinely happy to see us bonding. The buying process was smooth, with all the necessary paperwork handled efficiently, and they provided me with plenty of helpful resources about dog care and training.

I’m so grateful for this wonderful experience. If you’re considering buying your best companion , I highly recommend this place. They made the process seamless, and now I have a beautiful new companion who has already become a beloved part of our family!

So my husband and I went to Chews a puppy for what we thought would be a couple hundred (had one price on one puppy online under $1000) but of course, "that one had already been sold" they started the pricing for the puppy we did get (because we went for a specific breed) at $6,000! Are you kidding me? That ofc didn't happen, we left with the same puppy under $3,000.... I feel the lady was trying to swindle us! I mean I understand marking up an animal, but $6000?! Seems unethical to me! And, looking on their page again, the same exact breed puppy I went for, is posted online for $400! Don't get me wrong, we LOVE our puppy, but we wouldn't EVER purchase another puppy from them due to their sales tactics alone.....first our puppy online photo, then our puppy after being home with us for about a month! 🙂

Called yesterday asking if they have puppies for the price they said in the webpage 399$ and they said YES! Went today, 1 hour and 45 min to find a puppy that is not there because is a LIE! They said yes so you come to the store and there is like 15 puppies? Maybe? But none is for 399$

They said oh yes come and look the puppies that we have so you fall in love with one of them but is not the price.

Not me! They make me wait 10 min and told me go look the puppies, I didn’t look any puppies because I hate to lose time! I look the dog food and around to see how the treat the puppies. Then the lady came I ask again for the 399$ puppies she said they don’t have! Is very disappointing because I came from far away!

Love this place!! The puppies are always so well taken care of beautifully happy. The place just walking in smells amazing clean & sanitized. The worker, Montana, was extremely polite & helpful! She was amazing & helped me pick out tough toys for my big dog!

So happy with a little boy. The process took some time, we spend lots of time hanging out with the puppy, looking at all of them, then they made sure to go over all that's included or no, warranties and other conditions, after we reviewed all the puppy, breeder, they explained with detail all about puppy from his background to even the method of transportation and cost. After we decided to take the puppy we were explained how to take care of him in detail, reviewed all the paperwork and it was ours. They do not take lightly the process and make sure the pup goes to a good home

We absolutely love Chews A Puppy!!!! We had the best experience when we purchased our Miniature Wired Haired Dachshund, Millie! The staff was amazing. Highly recommend.
