Love dr Stevens and Alex and the staff. Always nice, friendly and; knowledgeable. Pleasant facility, never a problem with insurance, can always go in without an appointment if it is urgent. Been seeing Dr. Stevens for many years and my wife and both think she is the best!

They take the best care of my mother that lives 4 hours away from me. Dr. Nicole Stevens goes above and beyond to give her the quality care needed. The entire staff are so nice and accommodating. I wish we had a CHEN Medical where I live so my husband can get the same kind of care. What a difference. Excellent by far!

The ONLY reason I'm still a Chen Medical patient is because of how AMAZING Dr. Nicole Stevens is. THE ONLY REASON!!! I've been trying for weeks to get a referral to see my Hematologist who specializes in Sickle Cell and I've been given mixed up and contradicting responses each time I call for an update and/or to request a new referral because I keep having to reschedule my follow up. I'M OVER IT!!!!

I asked to put in a request for Dr. Stevens to call me and the front desk female decided to say "She's (Referring to Dr. Stevens) not going to change the decision" 🤔😤 it took everything in me not to be disrespectful but I had to tell her "1st of all I didn't tell you what I needed to speak to her about. Just have her give me a call."

Don't waste your time with chen medical especially if you're not a SENIOR CITIZEN.

I take my Mom to Chen Medical and we love Dr. Subero! She's patient, precise and caring Doctor. How many doctor will call you and ask how are you doing these days?

One stop location, we get most of the care services at this location and we love it!
