I've heard and read good things about Jeff, but the other people who work in this pharmacy do not want to accept responsibility for what they say and they absolutely will not apologize when they are wrong. I understand we are all human and make mistakes but acknowledge that you made a mistake. I will get my one prescription from them and move it after. I'm sure they are awesome but my experience has not been that.

I went to Chelsea Apothecary after Walgreens treated me very poorly. As soon as I walked in the door at Chelsea Apothecary, I asked Jeff if he could fill our prescription the same night and he immediately said “That’s why we’re open”. Jeff treated me like I had known him my whole life. He took care of me and I will be taking my business here from now on.

Chelsea Apothecary is without a doubt…
The best & fastest pharmacy in Chelsea, & I hope it stays that way. It’s the only pharmacy you can stop by on your way home from a doctors visit & actually have your prescription filled without waiting hours until it’s available for pick up, I’ve never waited over 20 minutes for my medication to be dropped off & filled. I only wished it were opened at least one day on the weekends….

Unlike Walgreens, Chelsea Apothecary actually cares about you and if you’re able to get your medicine or not. Jeff had our medicine filled so fast. I can’t believe we haven’t found this place sooner.

Switching my prescriptions to Chelsea Apothecary was the greatest decision I could have made!
The owner Jeff ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make sure customer service is a top priority.
He remembered me by name the second time I came in to get my prescriptions! He and his staff will make you feel like family the first time you walk in. Prescriptions are ready in just a few minutes at the most!

I arrived to pick up my prescription last week after confirming it was ready. I arrived to the pharmacy to find out it had not been filled yet. I understood the mix up and the girl at the counter was apologetic. I made plans to return the following day. I returned the next day and upon arrival it was clear that two employees (this time 1 male 1 female) were in the middle of a disagreement of sorts. This made for an uncomfortable experience to say the least. I politely suggested that I would return for my scripts but the male that was engaged in the argument, whom I assume to be the owner, snapped “no” sharply at me.
I will not repeat the details of the argument but employee-management relationships tend not to work especially when the public is at risk of being subjected to their squabbles. I will never do business there again.
