Dr. Chauhan has been a life saver, literally, for me. He reduced or changed the medications my previous doctor had me on by at least one third. He has explained in depth both my and my husband's health issues. He has given me the incentive to change my lifestyle and lower my A-1C. I have lost almost 20 pounds in under a month!
He is definitely an answer to prayers, and we highly recommend him to everyone, especially those who are diabetic, as I am.

Dr. Chauhan is a great PCP, he explains everything and he makes sure that you are on the right path to better your health, he really cares. Awesome doctor!! His staff are very professional, sharp and great ladies. They are up to date with all our medical needs and files. My husband and I are very happy and grateful with all of them. Beware! VERY rude and unprofessional! Inadequate office staff!
Totally appalled by the doctor's reaction to what we consider was due to the staff's inadequacy. My husband's records were lost (deleted from the system) to include all prior lab work and X-ray records ordered back in August. My husband had been to ER 3 days prior and was instructed to follow up with primary care doctor. The office staff requested more lab work before the doctor could see him. Dr. Chauhan literally slammed his hand on desk and yelled that we were a waste of HIS time because there was nothing in file for him to go by! How are we at fault? The computer was cleared out of his file! He
never checked with staff. I believe they commit errors, cover it up, and relay information at their convenience.
Staff was awkward from the start. Makes me wonder if something had transpired before our visit.

On a separate issue, they
have also misplaced parts of my records and added incorrect information instead. It was noted by another doctor that I have an A-FIB and that is inaccurate! I had never even heard that term! That same day (The day of my husband's appointment), I was handed a prescription for an EKG on me which was written without me seeing the Dr. Will they trying to clear "my A-FIB"?

Sadly this is the first negative review in 64 years, that I have had to write on anyone or anything, much less a doctor. It makes me feel extremely uncomfortable but I can not be silent, and need to make others aware.

Hi, I'm 71 years old female and have been under the care of both Dr. Chauhan and Dr. Webster for about 6 or more years. I see Dr. Webster the most BUT I been cared for many times by Dr. Chauhan. I appreciate that both Dr.s are willing to hear everything I'm concerned about and they have always done their best to try and resolve the issues or direct me to those who can. Dr. Webster asks me lots of questions about my health which shows me she is really wanting to know how I'm doing. Often I forget some of the things I wanted to discuss when I visit a doctor but she has always been very thorough. Dr. Chauhan even sat down beside once to encourage me during a rough time. These are doctors with big hearts and thats so important to me. I admit in the early stages there was a staff member in the office I felt was not on the ball but now I think he has a wonderfully staffed office. I appreciate their courtesy and follow thru when I make a request. It's hard to find office staff that always does what they say they will do ...... I am planning on being with this office as long as this plan will cover my needs. It will be hard to change if I ever have to do to coverage limits etc. I can't say what your experience will be like.......It's a two sided relationship and some personalities don't mesh so you will need to see for yourself. My experience has been a 5 star experience over all.

This was a New Primary Care Dr. For me and from the girl at the front desk being Rude to the Dr. Denying me a walker after my other Primary care Dr had already ordered me one it was the worst experience. I had a hole in my back for over 3 years, but he didn't think (God Complex) I needed one. Also, had my pharmacy ask for my Arthritis medicine refill which after 3 days still hasn't recieved. I'm changing to another health plan so I can go back to my original primary Dr. I highly recommend NOT choosing this Medical Facility.
