I have to say that I don’t know that I’ve ever had an exceptional visit to the dentist. And I almost could use the words “ I had fun”.
They had to cancel my appointment, but they got me in within a couple days with the help of some from the Winchester department.
Jack made me feel very comfortable. I could be myself and express what I needed to say. She took excellent care of me and did a wonderful job. She gave me tips to keep the job. She did looking good. And I plan on heating her advice. I can say that I look forward to my next visit.

Very friendly office staff and office and equipment is state of the art. I also found the pricing to be very reasonable. Dr. Westover was very thorough in setting up dental plan. Highly recommend! It is refreshing to have great customer service!

Where has this dental office been all my life?! I had the best experience from start to finish. The staff is so kind, the hygienist and doctor listened to my concerns and provided information and multiple options for me to choose from. I felt heard and taken care of. They also offer so many additional services on site, (a site which is beautifully designed and decorated btw), making it both enjoyable and convenient.

I’ve tried so many of the dental offices in Jefferson County and have always left disappointed after a cleaning. I’m very happy to say that I finally found the one I’ll be sticking with! Beautiful new office right next to Aldi in Charles Town. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. They have a lot of newer technology as far as imaging and even use AI to detect problem areas. After years of not being to the Dentist for fear and having so much anxiety plus being embarrassed of what they may say/ think, let me just say this was my very 1st time at Charles Town Family Dentistry from the moment I walked in to my appointment I was welcomed with a Good Morning and very pleasant staff to the Hygienist Brittney who was very gentle and explained everything she was doing to meeting the Dentist Dr. Grady was very soft spoken and made me feel at ease with everything he was doing when he was examining my teeth and explained everything moving forward. I will definitely recommend if you have a fear of Dentist go see them because they truly treated me with respect and I felt so comfortable leaving there and I made another appointment as well!!! What an AMAZING experience at this beautiful dental office! From the second they answered the phone I was treated with kindness and respect. My first visit I was so taken aback by the beautiful atmosphere. Everyone that I encountered from the front desk, the assistant, the hygienist and the wonderful doctor treated me like I was number one! My daughter has some apprehension and was instantly put at ease. There’s no detail that hasn’t been thought about when considering patients comfort! Looking forward to my next visit!
