Dr. Haddad is proactive and not reactive. His motto is keeping you healthy, not curing you when you get sick. He has all my records and when one of my providers failed to contact me about a procedure needed for this year, he let me know during my visit, and advised me, his office will contact them and provide the authorization. Because he stated we need to have this done this year. I really appreciate that type of work ethic.

Have been seeing Dr Haddad for a very long time now and my health is great! He is very personal and makes me fill like I'm the most important person there. He never makes you fill like he's in a hurry. It's like he gives you all the time you want to make sure you have asked everything you want to know. The BEST Dr.

On this day Wednesday was my first visit with Dr Charles Haddad but, I have been a patient there for a couple years or more I usually see Ashley the nurse practitioner but, that morning I called in she was off I told the nurse in the front desk all my symptoms and that I needed to see the doctor immediately as I couldn't take the bad headaches anymore on top of a bad earache that was too much..if it was at all possible could she squeeze me in to see this doctor and she was able And I was very pleased with the doctor and also as I said I usually see Ashley which I'm very pleased with her I recommend this office to anyone every one of the team members are so pleasant and so kind I haven't been there once that they haven't been kind and we know everybody has bad days too but, you would not know it there was a bad day because of their smiles and kindnessand I thank them very much for there patience and help...You're patient Lola o'berry

He always makes me feel better BEFORE I leave the office with a rx!
He’s Amazing. Absolutely a Genius as he knows his craft.
He cares about the patients (me)
He, himself not the office staff , checks up on me after some trauma or just a cold .

Exceptionally concerned with the health and welfare of his patients and their families. Dr Hadad was a God send for my parents while dealing with the end stage of Alzheimer’s in my dad. On the way home from the funeral, on a weekend, he called my mom to make sure she was ok and didn’t need anything from him. Dr.’s just don’t do things like that much anymore. The office staff is also very polite and helpful.

Dr Haddad is an exceptional physician! He is the best Family Practice doctor that I have ever visited! And he has surrounded himself with employees who are as dedicated as he is! Jennifer went way beyond to help me with a couple of issues at my appointment today.
