Sam Hawkins and his staff are friendly and professional. My daughter loves visiting their office it’s kid friendly and all of the staff are nice. The office is clean and they have plenty of things for kids to play with and feel comfortable while waiting . I’m so glad I found someone who listens and shows compassion and empathy . Sam Hawkins is the best .

The providers are great and I’ve had a wonderful experience. HOWEVER, I’ve had countless issues with appointments and the patient portal that has now caused me to be discharged from my therapist. I’ve had many times where appointments do not show up in my patient portal and I’ve gotten no reminders, caused me to miss the appointment. I did not even know existed. This has now happened twice, which in my opinion is far too much for a professional setting. The Systems malfunctions make it look awful on the patient and there’s nothing they can do to reverse these mistakes, once it’s set, it is set. It feels like no one is trying to help with something that was completely on them and there is no one higher up, past the front desk that I can speak to in attempts to fix this issue.

The wait was rather long, but I understand why this can happen. My issue was not resolved, (which is my main concern,) but I suppose, now there might be more time to find another option - if one even exists. Everyone was very kind and patient. Being neurodivergent and extremely uncomfortable, having social and communication issues, etc., people being kind, patient, & treating you like a human being, listening to you instead of invalidating your experiences, & rushing you - those things are very important. It's unfortunately rare, in the medical industry to be treated well anymore. I am grateful & relieved to have experienced that here. Thank you.

I am completely overwhelmed with peace and joy after leaving my appointment with Faith Salvador today. She listened to me, read my medical history with these diagnosis I suffer with and she helped..EXCEEDING my expectations. I just moved to Las Vegas from Minnesota, where I've been treated for the past 18 years with my Sleep Psychiatrist. I suffer a rare diagnosis that only 10% of the world has, Narcolepsy with excessive daytime sleepiness. I was turned away from Sleep Medicine Psychiatrists here because they stated they only treat recent diagnosis for 5 years then they are transitioned to a 'regular' psychiatrist. And, yet this regular psychiatrist at a prior group didn't bother to read my extensive medical history and wrongly subscribed my medicine quantity and essentially stated..we'll deal with it next month. As, if I was some drug seeker that didn't know anything. No, my issue affects my life. This is a life long diagnosis and not being HEARD I couldn't stand for it. My, Family Practice NP(Ochenna) at UMC Summerlin Primary Care recommended this group. And, I am extremely grateful. You don't advocate for yourself no one else will. I'm happy to have found my new home. Great staff, convenient location(Buffalo Commons)A+++++++++++++

Love Changing Minds! Been going here for over 6 years. I see Beth Davis on the psychiatry side and she is amazing. Listens to my concerns and makes me feel comfortable. Good people for sure. The patient portal is super convenient when trying to keep track of appointments and prescriptions. Any time I have a question, they are very prompt to respond. I mostly do virtual appointments but when I'm in office, the whole staff is super nice and helpful. Will continue to go here. ?
